Our ac went out during the night, I emailed to schedule an appointment for service. I got a call at 8:15 the next morning and a tech had me fixed and cooling prior to 10 am. I was pleasantly surprised at the timeliness of Real Chill. Thank you.

We have 2 heat pumps that have not been serviced in years,, Charlie was the Tech, he worked late and made multiple repairs to the systems. He also took the time to greet the pets and get them acclimated to him.
Total bill was about 1/2 of what I was expecting,

Real Chill sent out a worker the day I called to check on a leak in our HVAC. We had a quote from another company that we felt was outrageous. The worker, Chase, gave us a temporary fix that day, to hold us over while the part needed was ordered! And, Real Chill charged us much more reasonable prices (the other company was going to charge us 2x the amount for coolant!).
