After reading the reviews, I went against my better judgement and tried them out anyway. They where half the price of Kolb elec. and they where on time, professional and had my power back on in less than an hour. I tried to go through ahs,but they refused to pay,so I paid out of pocket. I would definitely use them again.

Last week The technicians were able to diagnose that the issue wasn’t electrical. It was a faulty sump that was installed a year ago. This could have been a big fire hazard. Thank you again Queen Electric.

Excellent service. The technicians were in and out. They came in ad completed a diagnosis; ordered the parts, within about 8 days, I had new appliances with no issues. Prompt and professional . I definitely recommend.

The technicians who came to our residence today were early(loved that), respectful of our home (loved that), and explained everything to me along the way (and even circled back and put it in terms that made sense), and of course they fixed the issue same day(thank GOD)!

Queen Electric was referred to me by AHS. I received a phone call promptly from the company and was scheduled for a technician to come out the next day. Shawn was on time, professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Thank you for the quality service!

I was hesitant to use this company after seeing the reviews. Nowadays you have to really look at reviews to see if you want to use a company or not. I actually didn't have a choice because this is the company AHS assigned. I must say the technician, J.R. came out within the timeframe I was allotted. He came into my home with his mask on and put on shoe covers. He looked at everything that needed to be repaired (circuit breaker burn out, two light switches, and two electrical outlets). He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed everything in less than an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I truly appreciate his promptness in fixing everything. Like most people, I was referred by American Home Shied. After reading the comments here, I wanted to cancel appointment but I reluctantly decided to give them a try. I have a small one room condo and the AC unit kept tripping the circuit breaker. This young guy from Queen Electric, I believe he goes by Shon, was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty breaker. I am 100% satisfied with service.

Great service quick and reliable. My insurance company didn’t cover the cost, but they still repaired my lights. I asked if I could pay and they said not to worry about it.

I received service on 5/22/2025. The technicians were very professional. They troubleshooted and resolved my electrical issues and provided helpful insights on preventive measures. Awesome service!

I received service on 2/6/25. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He didn't just diagnose and fix the problem, but he offered suggestions as to how to manage the outflow of electricity when using small household appliances ie, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer etc. versus larger appliances ie, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. Apparently, I've put the electrical sockets at repeated risk for blowing a fuse. It's always best to be more mindful.

Queen electric was recently assigned by my home warranty Co to resolve outlets issue in our garage.
Joe provided smooth experience during the scheduling stage for electrician to be despatched.

JR and his crew arrived on time and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. JR also took the time to educate me on what was fixed.

The next day our thermostat had lost power, I called Joe and voiced my concern that the thermostat power may had been related to the garage outlets issue.

Joe Dispatched JR and his crew the same day. Again, JR was able to locate and fix the issue with the thermostat.

Even though the issues were not related to my initial ticket , JR still fixed it and billed my home warranty accordingly.

Queen electric is by far the most professional, caring, punctual and customer friendly contractors.

Whenever I need any type of electric work done smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detector installed I will always use queen electric. They were very thorough and completed everything I needed to have done without being there just by taking over the phone instructions!
