Trinity Pro Services, is deserving of 5 stars, the professional service on my air conditioner every spring, has been great, and keeping my air conditioner in tip top shape. Trinity was sent to me, by my warranty company, because of an air conditioning leak, loved the service at the time, so I kept there number and been calling them for the last 3 years for service maintenance every spring. I recommend Trinity Pro, Technician's, and staff is amazing in explaining what’s needed. Thanks Trinity Pro for your services.

They were so quick and diligent! I had issues with my heater and had to get a whole new unit. Wow! I usually never leave reviews but had to since they answered my questions and they were so communicative and efficient. Customer service was 10/10 and would definitely recommend

They installed my hot water tank in 2021 and recently installed a new indoor/outdoor unit and thermostat. The service I received was AWESOME. Once on the job, Michael and his assistant worked non-stop. I was provided expert service. Michael explained any issues that arose and provided solutions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Afterwards, they cleaned up all debris, inside and outside. Michael explained each item to me and told me how often they should be serviced. He then asked if I had any questions. Michael also provided me with all the manufacturer documents and deducted funds for unused parts. If anyone should ever need HVAC services, this is the company to call.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Ed came through and went literally above and beyond; all expectations exceeded. My wife and I are extremely grateful that they sent him out - he has a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this company and I urge you to request Ed. God bless

Value ball is rusted. Had the plumbing contractor give an estimate on the plumbing work. Told me to unclog the basement bathroom sink it would be around $350 and to replace the valve would b $460. Said it with a straight face, didn't even chuckle when he said it, as if he actually thought I was gonna just have him write up the contract. Valve is $54 at Grainger and just screws on. Beware of this company.
