We contacted Trinity Chimney and got a quick response from Josh. Our situation was urgent as we had had smoke coming into our house, the temperatures were in the single digits and we could no longer use our heat. Found out that the chimney for the boiler was blocked with fallen bricks, mortar and soot. They cleaned it out and inspected the chimney which also revealed a cracked chimney liner. They were very friendly and professional and we highly recommend them.

Trinity came out and replaced our chimney chase cover and since the cap was not made any longer Jeremy cleaned and spray painted it. He was very nice and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He took pictures to show us what it looked like and what would be done. Looks great; happy with the job done.

I hired Trinity Chimney to break out the tile liner of my 70-year-old chimney and install an Olympia Forever Flex liner and a 700-lb wood stove. Josh was by far the most knowledgeable of the gentlemen to give me estimates. He has CSIA certification, which my stove manufacturer strongly recommended. The 3 brothers who did the job were hard-working, trustworthy and strong! I am very pleased. I will be using this company from now on for my chimney maintenance work.

We strongly recommend Trinity Chimney for chimney work, We had contacted several chimney companies about repairing our 1920s chimney - poor draw, mortar crumbling, safety. They were helpful, and answered our many questions Their evaluation was to resurface the firebox, install a stainless steel liner and install an Arenas fireplace product which met all fireplace safety codes. (I researched the Ahrens product, and decided it was a good solution for our needs and improved safe operation.) After the repair, the result has been good draw and more heat radiated into the room - we are very satisfied! Everyone on the Trinity Chimney team has always been professional, courteous, and available to answer our questions.

I contacted Josh, and he was very quick to come out and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and his estimate is very competitive with the others I have spoken to. I have contacted several Chimney Services, and none of them have showed the professionalism that Trinity Chimney has shown. I look forward to working with Josh on my repairs.

Technician came out and was very knowledgeable. Shared how he had just had new training that they do every year to keep up with all the latest codes and standards. Talked through what he was looking for.

You feel confident that you're getting your money's worth with this company. They aren't cheap but definitely worth the attention to detail.

In the end he was able to fix my issue with no effort, and he could show me what was wrong on the camera he used. I had another guy come out from another company who did next to nothing and if I had taken his $500 deal he wouldn't have fixed the problem. The problem was taken care of by Jon with Trinity for free because all that needed to be done was the flu liner needed to be snapped back together. Problem solved. Would recommend this company to everyone.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The gentlemen that came out to evaluate our problem were kind, courteous, professional, thoughtful and empathetic. They even made sure the chimney was safe for our daughter, daughter-in-law and grandchildren knowing that we would need time to evaluate their proposal/estimate. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve had issues with water leaking into our house above the fireplace since 2016. New flashing was installed (2 times) with no success and we even had an engineer investigate the issue with inconclusive results. We were at the end of our rope with this problem. Josh came to our house, listened to my 2extensive water issues and concerns (about past repairs) and offered to do his own investigation. He genuinely wanted to figure out this problem and fix it. Ultimately, Josh came up with a solution which involved two other professionals - a roofer and a mason (for our stucco chimney). Between the three, they addressed every possible issue. The valley of the roof and flashing on the chimney were replaced. The stucco on chimney was replaced and a cap was installed over the top of the chimney.

Everyone was professional, arrived when expected, kept us in the loop regarding supplies, timing etc. the work area was cleaned and work was completed in the time expected.

We are so pleased (and relieved) our problem is fixed. With all the rain has recently had, I am happy to report no leaks!!!

Josh, his brother and the rest of the Trinity team did an excellent job helping us make our fireplace dreams a reality. We were first time home buyers and our fireplace needed a LOT of work to fix it up and make it safe to use. We got several quotes and Trinity was the only company who could make it happen for us and on top of that offered a reasonable price. They were able to basically overhaul our whole fireplace/chimney and provided us with the Ahren-fire system so that we could remove the woodstove we hated (that was also improperly installed). They were meticulous about their workmanship and took every precaution making us feel at ease during this pandemic. I can't say enough about how helpful they have been answering all of our questions and really taking the time to educate us. It's finally cold enough to use our fireplace and we ended up having some issues with a downdraft. They were extremely responsive, diagnosed our issue and helped us figure out a solution. As a bonus they are very nice guys and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly continue to work with them for our chimney cleaning needs going forward. You guys are the best. Thank you!!

As always they were on time, got the job done and made sure everything was perfect. The cleaned the glass on my insert and made it look like new. The entire area was left clean and ready for next season. I have used Trinity for several years now and can't tell you how happy I am with all the work they have done. The masonry repair they did last year was amazing.

I have to concur with the rest of the reviews. Trinity's price was comparable to others in the area. They were very professional, polite and while I'm not a chimney expert, my fireplace was used for the first time last year so I expected it to be in pristine condition.

The inspector confirmed everything looked good, so there was no attempt to deceive or upsell me on any work.

What stood out the most is I'm very particular about my clean home with no marks/scratches/scrapes on the wall and clean carpet.

It seems every time I have a contractor come in, they mark my wall or some how create more work for me.

In this instance the contractor was extremely careful not to bump walls with his equipment. Covered my floor during his work and wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors and carpet.

I will use them again in the future.

We needed timely inspection and repair of our chimney during the sale and purchase of a new home. Trinity has performed numerous inspections as well as performed repairs for my clients throughout the last few years. During the inspection process, they take the time to explain the process and results. Not only do they explain in understandable terms but they also LISTEN to their clients to insure they fully understand, answer questions and talk through solutions if necessary. Their inspections are very thorough and reasonable in cost. In performing repairs, the owners of the properties have reported back that they felt the work was done with careful craftmanship, within the time frame as promised and the costs were again, reasonable and fair. I am very satisfied with the work done by Trinity Chimney. I had an Ahren-Fire replacement fireplace installed, including a new flue lining and some extensive prep work, and repair work done to the furnace flue, including a new lining there, as well. I also had the top of the chimney rebuilt. The price was fair and the results were very good. The new brickwork is a good match, the furnace flue is safe for the first time ever, and the Ahren-Fire fireplace looks good. The work crews were always polite and patient with explaining things.

A neighbor recommended Trinity Chimney Service when I found a fireplace leak and needed fast service. What a great recommendation!!! From my initial call, to the appointment to evaluate my problem, to the actual work being done - they were fantastic. I was contacted in advance on the work schedule and everyone showed up as expected. The leak was fixed and the work looked great. The professionalism of this team was outstanding and the cost very fair and actually less than the estimate which is always a plus. I would recommend Trinity to anyone with a chimney problem.

The Trinity team was very professional. They explained what needed to be done to restore my fireplace that was “one fire away from a fire,” After I hired them, they lived up to their contract, and explained the challenges to me that they met along the way. That didn’t change their original quote - they just moved forward with a challenging fireplace. Trinity also repaired the damage from weather to my chimney. To say the least, I am more than happy with their work and customer service. Great group of guys - great work ethic. You can’t go wrong with Trinity Chimney Services. I highly recommend them. We bought a Fireplace Stove Insert from Trinity last summer after comparison shopping other vendors. We are pleased as can be with it. They recommended just the right unit to heat our whole house for a long, cold winter. Just now had Trinity come back out for an annual chimney sweep and inspection. They are reasonably priced, scrupulously honest, timely, and highly professional in all respects. Highest recommendation.

They did a substantial amount of work for me to include installation of an ahren-fire system, raising the chimney height, rebuilding the crown, removal of old damper/installation of a top damper, and flue liner replacement. The employees I worked with were courteous. Communication and scheduling were very good.

We had a gas insert installed in our fireplace by Trinity Chimney Service. Their price was fair and the work was very high quality! Josh gave us good advice on the product and the installation. He also dotted his "i's" and crossed his "t's" insuring that the permits and specifications for our county were met. The employees we on time, courteous, and respectful of distance during this pandemic. They entered through the basement through the back entrance to ensure our safety, though we said it was okay to go through the main house. We are thrilled with the workmanship and the product.
