The high rating B&B has is VERY WELL deserved! They were recommended to me by a friend who is a distributor in the HVAC industry, and he didn't steer me wrong. I can't say enough good about these folks. I had a previous misdiagnosis so they could have easily had a big $$$ job without question but they checked EVERYTHING over and let me know that it was just a minor issue with a poor connection on a plug! I also think that their charges for service were VERY competitive. I am SO impressed with these folks.

B&B and Brandon were fantastic! We discovered our AC wasn't working a few weeks ago when it was SO hot and Brandon came out the same day to check out the unit. It turned out the part we needed was out of stock from the manufacturer so Brandon came by, as promised, a few days later and installed a window unit for us. They also checked on our warranty on our behalf, which helps saved us a lot of $$.

We did get a second opinion from another company who told us it was a different issue. When I called B&B to come check out that issue, they sent someone out right away to double check. For the record, the second company never even got back in touch with me after the first visit (the technician promised to check on a part and I even left him a message and never heard back) while B&B was keeping me updated regularly and were prompt about coming out when needed.

Brandon was honest and knowledgeable and got our AC up and running earlier than expected - we will definitely be using B&B again.

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called B&B, and within 2 hours Dave and Julio were at my house and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. My family and are so grateful. This is my second time working with B&B and each time has been an excellent experience!

We had a dishonest experience with another HVAC company, and B&B came recommended from one of our neighbors. Trel and Chris were able to come on short notice to diagnose our issue and also came back the next day to complete the fix. We are very appreciative of the quick work and everything felt very transparent.

Grateful for Trel from B&B - he just finished our regular maintenance and helped us set the thermostat to be ready for the change of seasons! Trel has come several times and knows our system well. We've been using B&B for 10+ years. Highly recommend.

I have used B&B before, and appreciated their service and honesty. So today when I woke up with no heat, I called them again and was not disappointed. Work was done efficiently and at I believe to be an honest charge. Very different from other companies I've tried. Kudos to Dave!

B&B are the best. I run my small business out of my home. I had a ton of product for a show when of course the AC starts acting up on a Friday on a heat index alert day. My show was on Saturday and my products needed to stay cool. I called at 8:34am, Dave was at my house by 9:30am. Everything was resolved in less than an hour. It's 10:26 am. I am typing this review and my house is cool :-). Dave explained everything to me in clear simple terms. He was great and quick. Fast, economical, and super friendly service. We have been with B&B with a maintenance contract for over 20 years. We have found them to be trustworthy, and efficient. Our fall checkup was done this morning by Trel, polite, friendly and trustworthy. Needed a couple of fixes to make our unit run more efficiently. Thank you B&B for the excellent service!

B&B has been servicing our heating and air conditioning needs for almost 10 years. We have a service contract with them and those visits are easy to schedule. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep the house clean. I highly recommend this company.

Today Dave and Jason replaced my air conditioning coils. They were on time, were very professional, explained everything they were doing, and did not rush job. They even had to go and buy a pipe to fit the size of what my current set up required. I was very happy with my service. Great employees!! Thanks guys!!

Trel did the annual inspection for the air conditioning at both my home and my daughters. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job. He offered advice on how to take care of the systems properly. I would highly recommend him.

Just used them again yesterday, my AC motor needed to replaced. I was very happy that I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called and all repairs were completed efficiently! The technicians were great, very professional and thorough with their explanation of the repairs needed. Will be using them again!

Extremely fast response time. Juan was amazing and knowledgeable of our problem. Fixed the problem quickly and got our heat back on with no problem. For an emergency service was reasonably priced. Even the phone contact was so very nice. Highly recommend B&B. Thank you!

We had an electrical issue the night prior. Even without the 24/7 service package, team took our call and said they’d be in touch at 8am following morning.

Morning of, received call ahead of schedule prior to 8 from the office. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive team. No brainer to signing up for 2x a year visits and 24/7 on tech call support.

I have been with B&B for 24 years. They have always provided excellent service. My service guy is usually Dave along with Adam. Cannot say enough positive things about this team. We had an excellent experience with B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Services, specifically, Dave, our repairman. He arrived within 1 hour from our initial call and when he realized he needed an additional part, he quickly ran back to the office to get it, then came back and resolved our issue . He was incredibly nice and professional throughout the entire process and successfully fixed our AC, getting it up and running again. Highly recommend!

Trel returned for our Fall 2025 checkup. He assured us that all is well with our current system despite the fact that it is getting on in years. It's pleasant to see previous technicians return. They know us and our home. They are always timely and professional.

Dave came for our Spring 2024 inspection and in addition to a clean bill of health for our system we had a great conversation on how HVAC systems will be changing going forward as ours in now 14 years old. He reassured me that the changes won't preclude getting parts for the current Trane system we have. In addition to their great service, I value conversations like this because I'm the one who has to budget for replacement systems in our household.

Adam and Chris came for our fall inspection. They've both been here before and know where everything is, which makes our lives easy. Our HVAC system is getting on in years and so these checkups are even more important to us along with the opportunity to discuss and plan for replacement options. We won't be replacing B&B! They've provided us with excellent service for decades and we hope to see them every spring and fall for years to come.

Trel and Adam were punctual, masked and efficient in this biannual visit to check out our HVAC. They told me the process would take 30 minutes and with no problems it was even quicker than that. B&B has been our vendor for decades and the annual cost has never changed. Over the years they've replaced our HVAC with good brands and been responsive when we've had (very, very rare) problems.

Trel was back again for our fall checkup, which was as efficient as ever. It's comforting to know our HVAC system is in good condition and that we're ready for the coming winter season. It's always nice to see the B&B guys. They are polite, grateful for the business and well protected in these covid times. We highly recommend them.

Trel and Chris came this time for the Fall '22 checkup. They provided their usual excellent service and in addition took on a wasp nest in the unit, which they successfully removed. These checkups are so easy because they know our house and our HVAC system. As we change seasons, it's always great to know everything is in good shape.

Trel and Chris were back for the Spring 23 checkup. They were their usual efficient selves but stopped to chat about the age of our HVAC (13 years) and made a recommendation to add a device that could help us extend the life of our system. I also enjoy conversations with them as to how new systems are changing since we could be in the market for a replacement very soon. I've used B&B air conditioning for over 20 years. The last AC/Heat pump they installed lasted longer than average but finally failed. The price for the new unit was very reasonable and they were able to schedule the install quickly. The workers are always honest and helpful. Dave and Trel were polite and efficient and answered all my questions. I don't usually write reviews, but I do recommend B&B.

The staff is clearly smart. Trel came today. Checked everything twice. Answered all my questions and helped me make some wise decisions.

We have been customers of B&B AC & Heating Services since the middle of 1990s. Our first tech maintained our old unit for many years. John eventually let us know it was time for a new unit. This new unit lasted 17 years and we had a maintenance contract to service the unit and the added humidifier for the house. Every tech that came out were excellent reps for the company. All were pleasant, polite, friendly and loved whatever dog we had at the time. And I as a woman, was always comfortable with each tech and that was important to me, especially if I was alone.
Now, after 17 years, a new unit inside and out needed to be installed. Not an easy job! Dave, Trel and Julio were an awesome team. They worked their butts off all day! They were great in answering questions from us. Thank you, guys! You're just wonderful. And thank you for cleaning up, too!
Once the unit was installed, we noticed how loud it sounded in the house. We had to talk louder and it was annoying. Several techs had come out to see what the problem might be. No solution. Dave recently came out to do our maintenance and we talked with him about how noisy it was inside the house. Dave found the solution. Thank you, thank you Dave, We weren't able to really test the system until recently. We had to turn on the AC since it got 80 degrees inside the home. I'm a happy person. It was quiet when running that we didn't noticed it. Then we realized the system was on. Whatever Dave did, it worked and the system isn't so loud anymore!!!!!!!
Please, we would like to request for future maintenance calls, that Dave would be assigned to us. He is awesome and the dog likes him. He is a wonderful rep for your company!!!!!
