Stan was great and was able to fix all my AC extremely quickly on a hot 90 degree day!

Stan and his crew were awesome! Came out quickly and serviced our unit. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with! We highly recommend them!

Great service from Stan. Came out quickly after my AC stopped working on a 90+ day. The very next day I had a plumbing issue and Dylan came out and fixed my plumbing issue also. Highly recommend this company for HVAC and Plumbing issues.

I’ve been assigned this plumber two times (two different issues) by American Home Shield. I found them to be professional, responsive, and efficient. I would definitely use their service for issues that fall outside the scope of my home warranty.

This is a pro-Trump business.

I had to use them because of AHS. I cannot believe they are a legitimate business because they do not act like one. From the service to communication (or lack thereof) it has been nothing but disappointment.

Complete scam of a company! They came out to fix my garbage disposal, said that it needed a new part and I would be notified when it came in. After two weeks of no word back, I called them. Besides the fact that they never answer their business number and the person who calls back always has a baby crying in the background, they told me it was denied by my warranty company due to metal and plastic being in the garbage disposal. This was a complete lie! I had a second company come out and they fixed the repair with no issue and said there was just leftover food sheddings no foreign objects. If you are ever forced by your home warranty company to use EXSITE SERVICES then you MUST RECORD THEM while they’re in your home. Record the technician telling you what is wrong so you have proof of their fraudulent behavior. Because if you have no proof they will return and enter “foreign object in garbage disposal” so they don’t have to continue with the claim and actually fix it. Record. Record. Record. OR NEVER USE THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!

Dishonest, disorganized, and ultimately dodged a bullet. My home warranty (American Home Shield) selected this company to diagnose and fix my leaking water heater. My heater started leaking on Memorial Day so I called an emergency plumber to address the leak until I could file a claim with AHS. Emergency plumber indicated that the leak was from the bottom and given the age of the heater (11 years), it would need to be replaced. Called them Tuesday, Alicia said they were "working on the schedule for the week" and would "call me back by EOD." No call. I call back Wednesday, and after leaving several messages, she finally calls me back late Wednesday evening. I explain that I know AHS, essentially, needed a paper trail - which also meant that Exsite would have to make two visits to my residence. She then instructs me to take photos and their technician could review and diagnose virtually. I agreed and indicated that this would save them a trip out, and their only trip would be to do the actual install. Thursday rolls around - more stonewalling. I call AHS and they indicated that Exsite had no made any contact or provided any updates. I call Exsite back, and Alicia says that she still doesn't know when anything can be scheduled but that the technician knows the heater needs to be replaced based on the photos. She then proceeds to say that it'll cost about $1200 out of pocket to "bring things up to code" - of which, is not covered by AHS. When I asked her for an itemized quote detailing that $1200, she could not answer and handed me off to Dylan/technician. Dylan says that he can send me an "informal quote" (line items accounting for the $1200) but that he'd have to come out in person to diagnose because that's what AHS requires. Fine, understandable. The issue? After waiting all week, Exsite wanted me to wait another week JUST to come out and diagnose that the heater was dead. This meant that it'd be yet another 2 weeks before the actual installation took place. He refused to send whatever reports to AHS despite agreeing that a bottom-leaking heater is indicative of total replacement. Exsite would have still been getting the job/work through AHS *and* doing less work because they'd only need to come out once. Here's where I realized this company was ABSOLUTE TRASH. Remember that quote Dylan provided? I checked Home Depot and Ace - he marked up the prices for each item anywhere from 8-10x the amount. Heater pan? Quoted me for $225 while Home Depot sells it for $30. Expansion tank quoted at $300 while HD sells it for $35. I get that there are labor costs but why not just be transparent and say that? Not to mention that labor is covered by AHS so why are you double-dipping. All in all, I'm glad I cancelled the claim with AHS and ultimately, Exsite. Based on other reviews, their business practices are questionable at best. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS. ZERO INTEGRITY.

I was assigned Exsite Services Plumbing Division by American Home Shield for my non-working garbage disposal and two leaky faucets. Dylan came to my home 12 days ago. He was courteous but the report he sent to AHS was different from what he wrote on the invoice he left with me. What he submitted to AHS indicated there was a foreign object in the garbage disposal, which there is not. I've tried to follow up with Dylan several times and haven't received a return phone call. I'm beginning to feel that he made the foreign object comment to AHS knowing that meant they wouldn't cover the replacement and I'd have to pay Exsite to replace it. I'm feeling duped and can't get any reconciliation because he won't return my call nor has he responded to AHS's request. And he wrote that my faucets were under Moen warranty, which they aren't because I'm not the original owner, and AHS is saying they won't cover the repair until Dylan changes his paperwork that states the parts are under warranty. I'm am highly dissatisfied with Exsite and AHS -- I wouldn't recommend either entity.

This company should be shut down — Absolute scam artists. They are not a real company!!!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is hands down the worst company we’ve ever dealt with — dishonest, disorganized, and completely careless.
Our 50-gallon water heater started leaking over Fourth of July weekend. American Home Shield (AHS), which is a disaster on its own, assigned us this joke of a company. From the start, it was a mess. Instead of replacing our existing unit with the same size, they tried to downgrade us to a smaller tank — not because it was appropriate for our home, but because they “couldn’t get access” to a 50-gallon heater. Unreal.
We were told there would be out-of-pocket costs to bring things “up to code,” and although the fees were inflated, we agreed just to get the work moving. We approved the quote immediately. And then? Radio silence. No follow-up. No confirmation. Just weeks of us calling, begging for an update while our water heater continued to leak — ruining our hardwood floors.
Every week we followed up, and every week we got the runaround. The worst part? They later claimed they never received our approval, which was a bold-faced lie. We had the receipts. We were left without hot water and with a damaged home for over a month while they did nothing.
Eventually, we had to fight with AHS to get approval to use our own vendor — which we did. The job was completed quickly and professionally. But then AHS tried to lowball the reimbursement, saying they wouldn’t cover the full cost. Of course. It’s all a game to avoid accountability.
This company is a scam, and it’s shameful that AHS continues to do business with them. From inflated quotes to delaying repairs and lying about approvals, they are everything that’s wrong with this industry. They had every opportunity to do the right thing and fix our issue — instead, they dragged their feet and left us to suffer the consequences.
Avoid at all costs. Report them. Warn your neighbors. They do not care about your home, your safety, or your time. Just your money. -
I am giving them 1 star, because unfortunately that is the lowest possible. This company and any representative that I talked to are the MOST unprofessional, unethical and incompetent people that I have ever dealt with. They were assigned to me by AHS. They did not finish the job after 4 visits, and I believe that they run a SCAM to milk AHS and their customers. Every time it takes them several days to schedule a visit, they postpone the scheduled visits without informing you, and after each visit that they cold NOT fix the problem it takes them several days to submit a report to AHS. After 6 WEEKS and 4 VISITS by their incompetent staff, the problem was not fixed and I ended up purchasing a unit from Home Depot myself and have a reputable contractor install it, and it took only 2 hours. I called the number that Google shows, and talked to the PRESIEDENT and OWBER of this company, and he simply said I hear your complains and I DON'T CARE! They should be ashamed as should be AHS for hiring them. Stay away at any cost.
