I lost both of my central air units after a storm. They did all of the diagnostics for me and now I'm up and running again. Just in time for 90 degree weather!

Our heat pump was really old and needed to be replaced. Dan gave us some options with quotes the next day. They replaced the heat pump a few days after that. It’s been working great 👍. No complaints.

Ivan quickly diagnosed the problem with our heat pump...low on freon. He thoroughly checked out the system and quickly repaired the problem, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend SG for your cooling/heating service and repair.

Excellent customer service!!! The tech that came out was Ivan, he arrived on time and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Did a thorough inspection, identified the problem, and then gave a highly recommended suggestion which I definitely went thru with. 5 star service! AC is back up and running efficiently. Secured two quotes but this company was more competitive. Owner was prompted with the inspection/estimate. Other company was scheduling two weeks out but SH Heating & Cooling installed within a couple days and worked around Covid related manufacturer backorder issues by explaining alternative options. Cleaned up the work space like he was never here. Highly recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable. We love our new unit.

Our AC wasn't really blowing to our second floor. Air wasn't getting cold on the first. The first company we had come said our compressor was shot and it would be $3k to replace the part or $5k+ to replace the whole unit. I went on homeadvisor for a second opinion and immediately got a call from the SG tech (Ivan). He came over almost within the hour. Took a look at our system and knew right away that we actually had an electrical problem with our system and that the compressor was probably fine. the fix ended up being a TENTH of the first company's quote. His savvy work saved us thousands of dollars and fixed the actual problem. He kept us informed every step of the way, was done a couple hours later after making sure everything was good to go. I could not be happier with their service.
