It’s not always easy to find excellent service without breaking the bank or people you can trust with home repairs but I have found that in Mr. Tate and his company, Kingdom Comfort. After receiving 4 estimates to replace HVAC, I chose Kingdom Comfort Heating and Cooling because they were under budget, provided the brand I trust, offered a maintenance plan after 1yr free service to include filter replacement AND removed and installed new water heater. Mr. Tate listened to what I was experiencing as a homeowner and offered the best approach to meeting my household needs. Kingdom Comfort kept me in mind throughout the service process by communicating ETA and actions taken throughout the removal and installation of my HVAC and water heater. Did I mention this was same day service? I especially appreciate the team’s willingness to answer my questions and the little touches such as shoe coverings and masks. It shows the level care for myself and my home.

Years ago my HVAC almost caught on fire. It just burnt out. Darrell was a HVAC technician. He replaced the whole system at an affordable cost. A month ago my heat stopped working and it was a very cold day. I am severely anemic and will get sick easily in a cold home. I noticed Darrell was now an owner of his own business now Kingdom Comfort Heating and Cooling. I reached out right away to make an appointment online, got a call back and scheduled right away. One of his technicians Robert came and found out it was a small fix. My heat came on and basically my health was saved. I am grateful! My home was truly comforted and I was able to rest well. I highly recommend this company. They are a team who cares, affordable, and will bring comfort and heating to your home too!

5 Stars for Kingdom Comfort. Had a situation with our heat pump making noticeable noise. Called Kingdom Comfort and they scheduled me for later in the week. Troubleshooting a few options was a little bit of a process but Darrell got is figured out. Also he reminded me the unit was still under warranty and was able to secure the replacement parts with a nearby distributor so we were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

We use Kingdom Comfort Heating and Cooling at my job and I cannot say enough good things about the company. The owner, Darrell, is very quick to respond to phone calls and text messages and if we have any problems, he comes out right away to diagnose and repair it. They also have a program that you can sign up for that makes you a Royal Maintenance Member which gives you discounts on services, quarterly HVAC checks and priority service over non royal members! The yearly fee for that is extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs! You will not be disappointed!
