Excellent work on installing my new 2nd floor HVAC unit. Even came out to trouble shoot an issue with my thermostat for my 1st floor unit this last big snow. Highly recommend

Woke up at 5:00 AM and the house was 58 degrees. Called Bob at 6:00 AM. He was at my house by 8:15. Ran to a parts store and was back and my heat was fixed by 10:00. What more could you ask for. He is reliable, honest and very reasonable. I won’t ever use anyone else!!!

Our home has two zones each serviced by a separate furnace and AC. The main zone system began to show faults after 19 years on line. I got Elite as a reference from a satisfied friend. They were very reliable, always on time and their workmanship was very neat and professional. When the small zone system showed signs of failure I contacted Elite and they were very quick to survey the requirements and make a proposal. The new system was installed in less than a week later and is running flawlessly. I have known and used Bob for close to 15 years on the 2 systems I have in my house. He also services and repairs the multiple HVAC systems in the large school building where I work.
Bob is a consummate professional. He is that rare to find today blend of high level expertise in his field coupled with absolute honesty. He will NEVER tell you to replace something that doesn't need replacing or do a repair in a more extensive (read: EXpensive) than is necessary. He has never steered myself or the school administration wrong in all these years. His work ethic and attention to detail is impeccable!
