Kevin came to our house to inspect our hvac. He arrived promptly. So informative and helpful! Definitely recommend him and first response!

We had a 6 month service call today for our HVAC system, Rob S was our serviceman. He made fan speed adjustments for heating and cooling because we felt it got either too warm or too cold when it first came on. He took time to study the manual and explained exactly what changes were required. The system is in cooling mode now and we feel a definite improvement when it starts, plus it is much quieter. Thank you Rob!

Mike and Jordan came today to perform winter maintenance, they were fantastic.
They explained what they were doing and if their was a problem they told be what it was and what needed to be done to fix it.
They were friendly and knew what they were doing.

Rob and helper arrived on time, got righint to work, and as far as I can tell, was knowledgeable and did a good job. We have been very pleased with First Response.

Your technician Mike H. came to my parents' house for an HVAC maintenance check. He was on time, thorough in his explanation of my folk's system and in the cause for a filter issue.
