Just as the flowers start they came in and cut everything down.

I am extremely disappointed with this company, I asked them to discontinue service because their prices are extremely high (independents will do the work for much less) and they continued to service my irrigation, then sent the bill 2 months later and said it was past due, I was under the assumption they understood I do not wish them to service my property but they did it anyway.

Ruppert Landcape had a maintenance contract to upkeep the landscaping for our condo building in mount vernon triangle neighborhood of downtown Washington D.C. Last summer, our condo association purchased some plants for our rooftop and entrance to our building in which the plants quickly died. We met with Ruppert and they agreed to replace all the dead plants at no extra cost. 1-2 months went by and we saw that the plants hadn't been replaced yet. When we called, Ruppert, they said that we needed to sign a contract to get the plants replaced for 50% of the costs of the plants. Confused, I asked about our meeting in which they said they would replace the plants at "no extra cost" The response I got was that "it would be too expensive on their end" to simply replace the plants.
