This entire experience was very professional. The initial call and request for service went so smooth. The technician arrived on time in a snow storm. My heat went out and he was the only one ready to come help my family. He was very detailed in explaining things to me as he searched for the issue and subsequently fixing it. Kenneth is very professional and responsive and does quality work . I have used his company on 2 occasions for work needed at my rental property. My AC broke down on my tenant in early September. He was referred by a friend and provided prompt service to repair after ordering the parts. He did a thorough job and sent pics and video of the work performed. His rates were much more competitive than if I used my home warranty company.
He also recently repaired a slow leak that he identified with my water heater. Preventing the situation from getting worse.

After another company try to convince me to buy a new system when our AC went out, Hawkeye saved me thousands of dollars assessing and repairing our unit. Will definitely continue using Hawkeye and recommend others to do the same.

Kenny and his team came and did a brand new fan installation in our home. We were installing a 40lb light fixture/fan and it was important that no corners were cut because of safety. They came and surveyed the room, came up with a plan that was up to code and they spent several hours in our home ensuring it was perfect- safe, and beautiful. The price was well worth thhe job they did. We have already referred to our family members. Kenny is a jack of all trades from HVAC to other home improvement he can do it all!

My Furnace is 2 years old and two major parts (the motor/circuit board) stopped working. I had the parts replaced and the furnace broke down again with the same parts going out. The technician told me I needed a new furnace and the unit would just continue to break down.

I called Hawkeye Services, and Kenny immediately responded.
He wanted to understand what would cause the parts to fail. He did some checks and found the issue. Kenny is very knowledgeable and my system is working fine now. This company cares about their work and their customers.
