I have used this company for a number of my home projects during the last 7-8 years. I purchased an old house which I knew would need some work. Mr. G changed copper pipes to PVC ones, changed heat pump, repaired deck, fixed a couple of leaks, and host of other things in the bathroom, basement and kitchen. Needless to say if I had any issue with his responsiveness, work quality, or price, I know I have plenty of choices. Just to cite one case, I was recommended one company by Home Insurance (likes of American Home...) and that company quoted its price and said that it could come in 4 days at the earliest. I called Mr. G to ask if he does it and he said that he does. The cost was some $450 less and the work was done the next day making the tenant very happy. Highly recommended.

Mr. George finished my basement for me when I purchased my house. To date, the full bath in the basement is far better than all the other bathrooms in the house. We love having people over to host gatherings in our newly finished basement. The owner is trustworthy, respectful, and courteous.

GK Construction did a thorough job installing a new HVAC system at our house. As part of the installation, they also raised the AC Compressor over a 4" concrete platform. On the installation day, they stayed back until late evening. I highly recommend them.

Mr. George is always detailed and explaining any project, verifies and inspects work of his workers. I have used GK Construction repeatedly from initially enlarging my shed, deck upgrade on my house as well as my mother’s house/deck. He’s always available for questions and making sure all is clearly understood!

I would’ve added pictures but unfortunately the pictures I had were in my old phone but if ever you as a potential customer is in need of a reference on this company and pictures of the work I had done I will gladly retake as requested!

I have the highest recommendation for George. He is a problem solver and helped us think through what we needed (vs don’t need). Just as Covid started, we had a difficult tenant (and damage and trash) to moved out of a nice home we had lived in before and rented, and we had just moved out to state as well while this was all happening. George handled everything like he was an extension of our family.

We decided to sell the property, and George helped us with so many repairs to get the home sellable again from roofing patches, paining whole home, AC, and DW leakage with structural flooring repairs that resulted.

He is very clear and fair on inclusive pricing. You hand the keys and you feel you are in good hands to take care of any home related repair. George is a very good, calm and pleasant person as well, and I wish we find someone like him where we moved now.
