Vitalino and his crew are very, very talented in their tradecraft. I've used him on other projects and was very impressed with the quality of his work. I called him again to renovate my basement and back uitility room, and he again impressed me. He and his team know their craft well. They don't cut corners. They do those finishing touches that were never discussed. But the finishing made a huge difference.
Vitalino has great connections with other contractors that specialize in plumbing and electric. He coordinates with them real well. If something needs to get done by another expert, he coordinates early with them to get the work done. Vitalino cares about the work he does and always ends a project with a truly finished look. Prior to my basement, he did the remodel on two bathrooms with showers. Great tiling. Very nicely finished.
And as important quality is for a project, his cost/ price was very fair. He doesn't nickle/dime.
I highly, highly, recommend Vitalino. He will impress you and not let you down.

I needed a rental apartment I own painted floor-to-ceiling after the previous tenants moved out and left the walls scuffed and smoke-stained.

Within 48 hours of contacting Vita I had the entire apartment painted beautifully, including doors, trim, and ceiling — Vita even provided the paint and all materials, which eliminated another time-consuming step for me. He surpassed my expectations completely.

He was also extremely flexible scheduling time to perform the work, and prompt. Not only did I get the best price out of multiple contractors who quoted me, but probably got the best quality and hardest-working crew, too.

I will absolutely use Vita Construction again if I need work done on any of my rental units or my personal residence.

Outstanding quality of work! This included three coats of satin over the original dull brown color that existed when the property was purchased. The place looks transformed and much brighter in the less lit areas. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned the floors and surfaces, which actually look cleaner than before they came. Highly recommended!

Vitalino and his team were punctual and professional and super efficient with my studio renovation. I had them paint, repair plaster that had been damaged by water and add recessed LED lights to my studio which was in need of an upgrade. There was no last minute “bate and switch” which I have experienced with other contractors. They were neat and continued provide further estimates. They worked overtime (at their own suggestion) to get the job done before the holiday weekend; a win-win for everyone. I would recommend Vita Construction to anyone who is looking for painting or other remodeling jobs.

Vita Construction did excellent work painting my home in preparation for sale. They're hard working and a pleasure to work with. They were also available to handle additional tasks along the way including deck staining, sliding closet door repair, edging and mulch installation, adding handles to kitchen cabinets, leveling and beautifying an ugly under sink cabinet area and there's probably more I'm forgetting. I've already recommended them to my brother.

Vita and his team did an excellent job - highly recommend and will hire again! He is super responsive and transparent in his pricing. They painted a half bath for us and a vanity and installed a new light/ceiling fan. They handled any surprises (like needing a new light switch and wiring) professionally and the work they did is literally perfect, which is hard to come by!

I highly recommend Vita, who was recommended to me by my plumber. Vita and his father Guilermo did a superb job of repairing and repainting my bathroom wall after plumbing repairs. They also did a good job of cleaning up. The place was spotless when they left.
