Replaced entire roof. Services were great, we had a wonderful experience. It was seamless process, very easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions we had. They also were able to meet our schedule needs and the project was done in a timely manner which was important to us as we have kids with special needs and they can sometimes be sensitive to noise for extended periods of time. UCANDR did a beautiful job on my roof. I had a couple meetings ahead of time one with Patrick, one with the roof foreman, and one with Barry. they were right on in providing the timeline for my roof replacement. The workers were there for 2 days and were very efficient.
I had several issues that needed to be cleared up and Deborah Zetts was on top of all my concerns. UCANDR sent someone out to follow up and he resolved them in one day and did a great job. very good customer service

Moved into my new home in the spring and noticed a leak over the garage mid-summer. United had installed the roof for the previous owner less than a year prior. Within a week after contacting them, United's QC manager had a repair team at my property mitigating the problem. All the work was covered by the roof's warranty.

My friends recommended Martin Kirkland to me when I was planning to get a new roof after heavy wind damage. Martin came over and took care of my case with my insurance company, he is very helpful and professional. I got a new roof smoothly. Absolutely recommend Martin and his company to people who need a new roof.

We ran to a rough communications from the beginning but it turned out one of their sales rep was having family emergency. From there on Mr. Justin Arpan and Mr. Eric Lee took over and provided us with great service and support. They introduced us a new roofing materials with a color that we like. Our roof was replaced on-time, beautifully and with satisfactory. We have recommended UCR to our friends who is in need for new roof.

Excellent service!! Alex and Martin did all the process and I don't have to do all paper works. Tim and his crews did my roof replacement and interior repair and they finished within a day. They cleaned all the dust when they finished the interior repair. Nice job! I will recommend United Construction and Restoration to my friends.

Their follow-up and follow through is perfect, just enough, without being too much. The new roof is fantastic, color is perfect for the shutters, ties the whole 'curb-appeal' together!

I was impressed by how quickly the roofing team completed my project, I'd been told it would take one day, but after seeing the two houses across the street take 2 days for their same projects; I was skeptical. The United Team arrived at 0830 and was completely finished, including clean-up by 4:30pm!

Excellent work, excellent communications, did what they said they would, when they said it would get done and with excellent workmanship! I'll be using United Again for my next Project, for sure! Well Done, Very Well Done!

United Construction and Restoration did an outstanding job with my roof replacement. They helped us understand that the wind damage was covered by insurance, which made the roof replacement much better. They arrived according to schedule and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no debris.

Gotta be the best there is around because I couldn’t imagine being more satisfied responsive with any query about the process replaced my roof in one day with carlos and his crew performing impeccable work. They cleaned up from the install and probably more my yard looks better then when they got here somehow anything they had to move like a trash can or open a gate they even took the time to put all the extra stuff back where it was DO NOT GET YOUR DONE BY ANY ONE BUT THIS COMPANY you will not find a better deal! Also shout out to rob being the best through out the process

The company provided great customer service. Explained each step of the process from start to finish. The installation of my new roof was quickly and was of high quality. Will use UCR again in the future if needed.

My roof was damaged by windstorm. I just replaced it via United Construction and Restoration. The new roof is very beautiful, and I love it so much. The United Construction did a wonderful job, including free consultation and inspection before insurance claim, dealing with my insurance company, insurance inspection. Especially, Martin Kirkland provided many helps and made this project finished great. Many thanks to him. I would strongly recommend this company if you need any roof service.

United Construction made my roof replacement totally pain free. The whole process was smooth , from start to finish. Josh and Zack were extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of construction/home improvement. A++ from me.

In April, 2020 a hail storm in central Virginia Damaged many roofs in the area. Several companies stopped by My house and dropped their business cards and asked me to call them if I wanted to inspect the roof. Nikki, a United Construction & Restoration was the only person to take the time to explain to us how the entire process works and provided assistance with the claim process. She immediately gained out trust, and we decided to replace our roof with United Construction & Restoration. They say of the install, they showed up on time, finished the roof, cleaned the area, and did performed other minor works around the house. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Nikki and Patrick were extremely helpful during the entire process.

United Construction was helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had a wonderful experience and they were able to take care of the entire process of repairing our roof. I would recommend them to any homeowner in need of construction or restoration projects.

I rely heavily on reviews to choose contractors so I will contribute when I feel strongly, either positively or the other way. Excellent experience overall with UCR although not all that smooth first :D. I understand the suspicion another reviewer mentioned. I don't feel comfortable with signing the contract either. However I called up the references they gave and had a very informative conversation with a previous customer. The contract you can void within 2(?) days if you feel like so. Also you are not into anything if the insurance denies the claim. UCR works professionally with the insurance company. When there was an issue the owner tried very hard to make their customer happy. What I like most about the company is that they care a lot about their reputation and they want to do it right. The crew did a fantastic job replacing my roof and cleaning up that my neighbor literally walked over asking for their card. Now I'm having the most beautiful roof and the confidence that if anything goes wrong with it I always have a number to call for help-- Eric Lee's. It's sad that it's getting harder to find someone that you can trust. It's sadder that it's getting harder to build the trust that they deserve. I am glad it all worked out here eventually.

I was referred to United Construction by my daughter Ada. My contact person was Martin Kirkland. Martin was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very thoughtful. Martin took care of everything of all my concerns about replacing a new roof. I didn't have to worry about anything. Martin and his staff were wonderful. They replaced my roof in just one day. I highly recommend Martin and United Construction & Restoration. Martin is absolutely a young hardworking awesome man.

This company is, quite frankly, the most amazing company with whom I have ever worked. I found them when they were going door-to-door (I know, I know), but there was something about Josh that told me that he knew his stuff. The deal was that they would try to have my insurance company pay for a new roof (there were some problems, but not very evident) and if he couldn't, then I had no obligation to work with United.

Well, he talked the insurance into replacing my roof.

It wasn't long before they started replacing the roof. The workers who did the actual roof replacement were outstanding. On one corner of the roof, a squirrel family had taken up residence and built a nest. For no extra charge (I had no idea about the squirrels!), they rebuilt the wood that had been chewed away. Also, they fixed siding that had broken loose or fell off. They were kind, efficient, and they made sure that all nails were picked up.

I have worked with many, many contractors and they are by far the best.

Josh was the rep who I worked with and he was so responsive and available. He even texted me an answer I needed while he was on vacation (!).

I know that I sound perhaps overly effusive, but I am sincere in my review. If you need someone to replace your roof, please consider UCAHN. You won't regret it.

I had a wonderful experience working with United Construction and Restoration in the installation of our new roof. The roofers were very professional in their work. They were very prompt in corresponding with us regarding all steps of the installation. I will recommend United Construction and Restoration to all of our family and friends.

Everyone that we worked with at UC&R was helpful and knowledgeable. Rob was great at helping us work with our insurance company on the repairs. The new roof looks amazing. Now when it rains I no longer have to panic and worry about the leaks! Instead I can relax because I know the roof is solid.

When we needed a new roof, we met with several contractors and eventually chose United Construction and Restoration. They proved to be one of the best, if not the best, home contractors. Their sales staff was knowledgeable, their front office was available to answer all questions, and their work crews were efficent and professional. After the roof was completed one of their project managers contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with the final result.
