Mannix did a great job for us. Our technician, Keith, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the service call. We’ve used Mannix on two houses now and we’ll continue to recommend them.

So, we just had our first regular maintenance visit for our two new systems. We were very pleased with KP, our service tech, in terms of his thoroughness, timeliness and overall competence. We are also very appreciative of the email invoice with a _complete_ description (including photos) of his findings and conclusions. We continue to be well pleased with Mannix's service techs.

We had to call in an emergency call into Mannix when our brand new furnace stopped heating in advance of a night in the teens. Rember Bonilla came out in short notice and was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the root cause of our non-functional furnace. While he was unable to fix the installation problem on the spot, Rember set us up for a next-day visit by the install team who were able to fix the original problem. We are very appreciative of Rember’s efforts, as well as those of Matt and Marcelino who came out the next day to conduct the repairs.

Edited to add our appreciation for Erick Aviles’ efforts who came out on equally short notice on Xmas eve, and who quickly and efficiently resolved a separate installation issue that only became apparent after the previous day’s repairs. A great team effort by the folks at Mannix.

KP did a great job. He was very thorough in assessing our systems and remedying a leak issue. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail!

I had a winter emergency with my heat giving out. Internal temperatures were 57 degrees! I called Mannix and they were and to get a tech out here incredibly fast. Mr. Silvio Guerrero is the guy that saved the day. He was professional, efficient, on time, and funny! I'm grateful for how quickly he arrived, and of course, how quickly he brought heat back to my home. Thanks, Silvio!

Although our heat pump decided to fail during the peak of January 2025’s polar vortex, we received prompt and stellar service from Mannix. Thank you to Erick Avilés for diagnosing not only the source of the leak in the coil but also the danger posed by a shorted out heat box. We’ve been happy customers of Mannix for years, and today reminds me why and how this company earned our trust!

Outstanding maintenance service by KP Pham and Rember Bonilla. They arrived on time despite of the snow and ice.

Emanuel was fabulous when he came to do our winter service. He spent time checking our two furnaces, including the outside parts buried in snow, and took the time to check the ductwork in our attic at my husband’s request. We have always had excellent service from Mannix Heating and Cooling.

Many thanks to Erick Aviles and Rem Ber from Mannix for their professional work on my HVAC system. They were prompt and super friendly even as I checked in a number of times and they patiently explained the work progress to replace a faulty gas heat exchanger. Also they emailed details to me via email, including before and after pics. Great job gentlemen and thanks to the rest of Mannix for working on my system, especially for catching the carbon monoxide issue early.

KP was here this week for our seasonal inspection and like everyone else I’ve worked with at Mannix, he was on time, professional, and incredibly courteous. They take great care of our equipment and they’re easy to work with.

Mannix is a good HVAC company and, judging from how far in advance they’re scheduled for routine service, people apparently know that they’re good. Our most recent technician, Emanuel, was prompt, capable, informative and polite.

Mannix heating did an excellent job from the same day visit to estimate a furnace replacement to the installation technician who did an excellent job installing both the furnace and a steam humidifier. I used them for my other furnace 3 years ago and that was also a great experience. I had other estimates and they were the most competitive too. You won’t go wrong with this company.
