After workin with Metro Services, I will not be using anyone else for HVAC. They were extremely communicative, professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with - he always ensured we were getting the best service from his employees, and even came out to help with jobs himself. After our entire system needed replaced and getting several quotes, he easily provided the best cost AND product. Such a pleasure working with them, and HIGHLY recommend them for all of your HVAC needs! Thanks, Nader for being amazing!

When in doubt, call Nate! He is by far the best technician. He is professional, knowledgable and truly cares about his clients. Nate had my AC unit running in under 30 mins. I will definitely refer him to family and friends!

I cannot recommend Metro Services HVAC highly enough. My HVAC system had a leak during this summer's heat wave and it was unbearable. Fortunately, Nate came out for an emergency appointment and had the house cool within a few hours. Everyone I dealt with were consummate professionals and made me feel heard, understood and taken care of. An exceptional experience from start to finish and I'm immensely grateful I found them. If you're in search of an honest, reputable company to trust with your HVAC, look no further -- call them.

Metro HVAC has done a great job over the years for me. Mike, Nate and the other employees are always dedicated and take the time to do extra cleaning bc they know about my allergies.

Update: Jan 2026, 5 stars to Mike as well. He came out for the most thorough maintenance. He spent nearly two hours bringing everything up to snuff (I was long overdue), patiently talked me through how to address some inconsistent temperature issues around the house, and talked me through a longer repair, was very sweet to my new kitty, and thoughtfully recommended I sign up for the service plan in order to save money based on the other services I mentioned needing.

This post is long overdue. In short, Metro Services HVAC and Nate offer top-notch service, expertise, and professionalism, and I'd highly recommend them.

I first found them during the heat wave of July 2020 when our AC went out and I had a different company out to do repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs didn't do the trick and the other company recommended replacing the whole AC. I wasn't happy with the turnaround time, price, or misogynistic demeanor of the first company, so I sought out a second opinion. Nate came out and impressed me with his professionalism and how clearly he was able to explain everything - without talking down to me. He also offered a better price and a quicker turnaround and had our new AC up & running in no time.

Since then, Nate has taken care of all our HVAC needs and he's impressed us at every turn. And just this week, when we had a plumbing issue, Nate saved the day again. Since Metro Services was booked for a few days when I called the main line, I decided to seek out a different plumbing company. The first company available (James A Wheat & Sons) offered an outrageous quote of $1900 to snake an exterior drain. Immediately, I called Nate and he confirmed that it was highway robbery. He told me as soon as he finished his job, he would find someone to handle the job for a small fraction of price - and he did. I knew in my gut that the quote was ridiculous, but I really appreciate being able to call Nate and getting a no bullshit response. And his willingness to help me troubleshoot on a quick turnaround!

Very professional and up front on price. Nate and his new tech came out to do routine maintenance and stayed for 4 hours to fix an unexpected problem the same day. Highly recommend them.

Mike was fantastic. He fixed my HVAC! He ordered a board and came back to finish the job also added some freon and now I have AC just in time before the weather gets too hot.Yay Mike!!

Joshua was great, very knowledgeable regarding my systems, and provided great recommendations for products that could help with maintaining my systems without it feeling like a sales pitch. My maintenance appointment was quick and easy!

Three years ago two other companies told me it was time to replace my broken HVAC, so I started collecting quotes for new systems. One of the other companies provided an expensive repair that lasted two hours. Nate showed up and told me the wiring was funky and fixed it quickly. He told me that his company should be able to keep the system running for years. I got their maintenance plan and it’s still running perfectly! We’ve been so happy with them. He's looked at other appliances for me too—and provided free consults with accurate advice when it’s worth it or not to repair or replace a washer and garbage disposal. During a heat wave, when my hvac was clogged, he said he could come fix it or teach me to do the simple repair by FaceTime for free. I cannot recommend them enough!

SO thankful for this company! It started with an HVAC emergency call and Nate came to save the day. They were quick, efficient, friendly, quality work and didn’t nickel and dime me. They’re now my go-to forever HVAC company. I’ve never had an experience where I was left with anything but exceptional satisfaction and gratitude

Nate and his team are amazing! More than Reasonable prices, responsible and mantain a great level of customer service. I called to get vents cleaned the week of and they were at my door in the next 2 days. We also use them for our HVAC services, have referred to everyone we know and everyone thanks us for the referral.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Metro Services HVAC, and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service I received from Nate and his team. From start to finish, their professionalism and commitment to excellence were evident, especially in the work provided by Nate and his team.

I had one HVAC system go out in summer, which was electric. Then 6 months later, the gas system died. Nate came to try to repair and diagnose both systems on multiple occasions, and eventually I had him replace both after a few repairs. In the beginning I pushed him to replace the gas system right away, but he insisted he could keep it running---and he did for another full year! This was above and beyond my expectations, especially since multiple other companies made a grab for money and told me there was no saving the system.

Nate was an absolute standout. His HONESTY and responsiveness were exceptional—he promptly returned my calls and addressed all my questions. In fact, he encouraged questions and appreciated my involvement. I never felt like just another customer; Nate genuinely cared about the quality of service he was providing and building a long-term relationship.

Nate would always quickly diagnose the issues with my HVAC system and provide efficient and cost-effective solutions. It's rare to find someone with such a deep understanding of the technical aspects who truly wants to help the customer and save the customer from spending unnecessary money. Nate's great compassion is also appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and fully understood everything that had been done. He knew how frustrating the situation was from a comfort and a financial standpoint, and he worked with me on both.

If you are in need of HVAC services, I wholeheartedly recommend Metro Services, and specifically Nate, for his outstanding service, professionalism, skill, and genuine care for customers.

Met Nate years ago when he cleaned the airducts in one of my apartment buildings. He gave great service at a very fair price. I've been using him ever since. Whenever I have a problem or emergency he shows up the same day. My AC suddenly stopped working the other day after hours. Nate came out the next day.. luckily it was an easy fix (just a blown fuse). Nate had my System up and running within minutes and then refused to charge me or even accept a tip!!! Who does that anymore in these times!! Now that's Customer Service !!! Thanks Nate

Nate diagnosed my AC issue in minutes and fixed it on the spot. He explained what went wrong and answered my questions in plain language. No upselling, just clear and professional service. I’d call this company again and recommend them to others.

Mike was terrific. On time, inspected my 20 year old Heatpump amd replaced a faulty part that he had on hand. In and out, friendly and fair price. My go to HVAC company.
