They are amazing! I have very high standards in terms of details, but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them, and planning to book them again for another job.

ive used Allan Construction three times now and each time they have given us a reasonable and accurate estimate, started the work on time, did an excellent job, finished earlier than they said. we couldn't be happier.
1st job: removed old glued down hardwood (damaged by water), scrapped off all the glue left on the concrete slab and put down new flooring and baseboard.
2nd job: removed old. kitchen backsplash tile, replace the backboard, and painted.
3rd job: removed old bannister and railing with updated iron and wood railing.

I was referred to Dexter, the owner, through our electrician. Dexter came and did an estimate for a number of jobs on our house. He was knowledgeable, and very efficient. His time estimate was very accurate and the price was reasonable. I will likely use Allan Construction again.

The Allan Construction crew did a wonderful job replacing my bathroom floor. Shortly after I bought my home which was renovated by a home flipping company, I discovered that the bathroom floor tile had been done incorrectly. The grout broke off and the tiles started cracking. From the initial consultation to the final day of work, Jairon, Alex, Rebeca, and the rest of the crew were professional and careful about their work. Having dealt with many repair issues as a result of the flippers, it is so nice to work with a company that is transparent and does quality work.

The Allam construction comany was a pleasure to work with. Then entire staff are pleasant reliable proffessional and highly skilled. They replaces a very large bay window and several others in three days. the entire time the staff was in my home they were diligent and respective. Also the contracts and prices are very good.

We first worked with Jairo and his crew in 2020 for a pretty extensive bathroom and basement remodel. We were so impressed with their work, their respect for our home, and the consistent communication, they have been our go-to source for our home improvement projects ever since. We are so glad we have Jairo and his team help us out with our projects, and we highly recommend contacting them for your home needs.

Jairo has worked on 3 different properties for me over the years and multiple friends have used them for smaller jobs. For the first one he was a helper on the crew. He since branched out on his own with Allan. He has redone 3 kitchens 4 bathrooms and fully finished a 1500 sqft basement apartment at my personal homes (we moved 3 times in 7 years). Their prices are fair and the quality of work is high. He or Rebecca are always responsive, and they meet their timelines. They have done some less than typical modifications for me, for instance a steam shower and wiring an outdoor hot tub in an upstairs primary bathroom. In many instances people opt to use a designer incurring a lot of extra cost. Jairo has done enough work over the years to have a good eye for how to modify and better use existing spaces and design choices without the added expense of involving an architect or design firm.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jairo, Rebeca, and their team for a complete home renovation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and truly stress-free. Jairo took the time to listen to our ideas, understand our vision, and offer expert guidance on every aspect of the renovation.

Throughout the project, they demonstrated incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that no corner was overlooked. We purchased an old home, and many issues were uncovered during the renovation. This resulted in a lot of extra work than what was originally anticipated, but Jairo and his team took it in stride and made sure all of these issues were addressed so we could have a safe and beautiful home. Communication was always clear and consistent— we always knew what to expect, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately.

The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. Jairo & his team, as well as all the subcontractors he recommended, performed quality work - from plumbing and electrical, to tiling, refinishing floors, new HVAC, new framing and a new roof, installing new windows and doors, and everything in between, they truly do it all. Their pricing is transparent and very fair, and the quality of the work is outstanding. It truly feels like a brand-new home, but with the warmth and personality we've always wanted.

What really stood out to us, though, was Jairo's commitment to delivering the best possible result. His is proactive, solution-oriented, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and dedication to the job were truly exceptional.

We are very pleased with the work Allen Construction, LLC completed for us. We obtained several competitive bids but Allan Construction had the best price because they are very precise and detailed on their proposal. The project started on-time and finished as promised. No surprises.

Our project involved a complete kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, stone countertops, removing/modifying two existing walls, and all new hardwood flooring that included our kitchen, main hallway, and family room. It also included refinishing the existing hardwood floor in our dining room and parlor which Allan Construction’s flooring contractor color matched perfectly. We now have an open plan layout on the 1st floor which is stunning and the new and old flooring melded perfectly!

We found Allen Construction very easy to work with and creative in offering suggestions and alternatives to complete the project efficiently and within the cost, quality, and timeline specified in our contract. All of Allan’s contractors and staff are gracious, respectful, and ensured that we were happy with every aspect of our project. That included always arriving when expected, providing an update with photos after each day’s work, and cleaning their work areas prior to leaving each day. Our second floor was sealed off with zipper doorways and plastic so that dust, odor and noise was kept to a bare minimum.

The owner, Jairo, went over and above ensuring that he was on top of any changes, or concerns that we had along the way. He was always accessible and returned calls quickly. He was even successful in replacing two cabinets within one day that were the wrong sizes by the cabinet maker.

We highly recommend Allen Construction for any size of project.

I have all the best things to say about Jairo, Rebeca, Alex and their team. Jairo is an excellent leader and genuinely cares about giving his clients exactly what they want and ask for. He listens well and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Rebeca keeps things perfectly organized, is always quick to respond, and is such a pleasure to work with. Alex is a great project manager and is very careful and precise with all of his work. I am always very impressed with how beautiful each detail of any projects turns out. The entire construction team is hard-working, respectful, and takes great care in their work. They pay attention to detail and always clean up each day thoroughly. Jairo has a team of specialists for every aspect of the project - drywall, flooring, tile, counters and painting are all finished impeccably. We have had Allan General Construction complete many projects for us, big and small, Including finishing our basement, remodeling our kitchen, remodeling a bathroom, painting our front door, shutters and deck, installing an in-ground basketball hoop, replacing the framing for our garage doors, and more. We are so happy with all the work they have done for us! They are always ready and willing to do the work we request and they are sure to help us finish the projects in a timely manner if we are on a deadline. I can’t imagine a better contractor to work with!
