Just about the only company around who will actually work on radiant floor heating! Almost everyone else I called who advertises radiant floor heating on their website said no. Love's came out the day after calling, fixed the issue, and walked me through the key points of the hydronic radiator/baseboard/floor heat system in our new house.

I was told by three different air and heating companies that my HVAC system could not be repaired and I had to pay 7K for a new system. I contacted Loves Heating & Air and they told me that my system did not need to be replaced and the part I needed cost under $1K . Mike was the person who worked on my system and I will recommend this company to everyone.

Thank you to Chris and his team for a great system upgrade. Of course my unit failed on one of the hottest and most humid days of the summer. Chris came out and inspected the system and gave me clear details on the problems with the system and my options. I chose to replace my system and they did a great job - the crew kept the area clean and the job was done in one day. Even though there was a delay, they called and kept me informed. Professional and courteous - thanks Chris.

This is why I like this company. Had a duct booster fan installed by Loves. Year later realized it wasn't switching on at the right time, Loves came back fixed it perfectly so now it comes on right when its needed. They didn't charge me for it. They stand behind their work A+

Another success for Love's!
Jack from Love's resolved a problem of a hot and humid bedroom! I should say no one else could solve this in 9 years...He Installed a thin return air duct (3 inches by 30) flush to the wall to the top of the cathedral ceiling going around the houses supporting inner structure. By adding a large new supply in the floor it prevented the lower part of the house from being ice cold. This previous "sweat box" bedroom is now pleasantly cold when it used to be swampy 77-80 degrees.
I am not exaggerating that I would pay 10 times what they charged for this comfort. Thank's Jack, and Love's heating and air for a job well done - they actually care about their work I'm a customer for life.

Wonderful service and professional staff. Shawn (our technician) was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything he did beforehand. Loves worked around our schedule and didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need. They were more concerned with keeping us as customers than selling us unnecessary equipment. Very refreshing for a homeowner and we highly recommend them.

When my heat pump gave out on a cold winter weekend Love's got back to me more quickly than the contractor than installed it. Michael, the on-call tech, worked quickly to solve the issue and the repair was very reasonably priced. Appreciated the prompt and through service!

This is a friendly, well-run business, with expert personnel. When the technician recently came for a service call, he explained our particular furnace and compared its condition to other similar units he had worked on, giving us better understanding of what to expect. He also showed my curious husband how many of the parts fit together, and gave us a tip on ordering the odd sized filters that our unit uses. A great company.

Just moved the the area. Our new home has a geothermal system which is new to me. Terrance came out and was on time and provided wonderful service. He was able to explain everything to me and show me what to look out for. He was here for about an hour and did more than just check out the system. He made a few adjustments to make the system operate in optimal conditions. Was very surprised at the fair price for their service contract. Definitely would recommend.
