Quick response after my furnace broke. Randy quickly responded to my request and came over during a snow storm. He diagnosed the problem and found a quick way to fix the furnace. Very pleased with his work.

Our AC stopped working yesterday around 5pm. We had an appointment scheduled the next day within minutes and Ryan had our AC fixed before lunch today. They were extremely professional and timely, and I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Called at 3:30 pm and here at 5:30 for an emergency call. Randy texted me when he got here and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Randy was prompt and professional. His secretary was amazing getting with me on the schedule fast. Very friendly! I would highly recommend to family, friends, and neighbors. 5 stars!

Clarksburg heating and air conditioning were excellent to deal with. They helped us out in a pinch. Everything they said was honest accurate and professional.They do great work. I will call the again when I need HVAC service.

Heat pump was at end of it's life. Office called that day & set up for Matt (owner) to come. He answered various questions on whether I could save it, in direct statements. No fluffy sales pitches or pressure (or 'fancy brochure company prices'). If I'd wanted to save it (30-40 year old unit), he would, at a reasonable price (dead fan motor but low old-style freon).

His replacement price was 1 up from the lowest but for a better unit. Was quickly available to install, while other places were weeks out, or $1-2000 more.

My job was a simple replacement. He ordered the unit, it arrived a few days later and he put it in that day. Clean, no dirt or marks left in my house. During covid, willing to wear masks inside and were vaxed. After that first office call, I communicated by calling him directly, email and text. He responded to all in a reasonable time.

I got worried about too good to be true, so I checked with the HVAC gov't dept and he'd been licensed for 20-30 years.

Outside unit was slightly tilted by 1 degree. When I asked a few months later, he came out with no complaint and in short time, leveled it.

They moved it away from the house compared to the prior unit. Spot was sensible and pretty much only place it could be, but they hadn't asked. So if you have preferences on where the unit will be, best to figure out the new size (they're much bigger) and decide in advance.

Installed with easy access to the drain hose, and cleared out the "house" part to the outside. All I need do is unscrew the hose and can clean it! My old hose was installed without a way to open, and that was a bother.

Got the name some place between yelp & googling. Called at least 7 places. Had already done some learning curve a few years before when I was worried about breakdown.

Heater wasn't working. Randy was able to see me the same day I called. He was prompt, highly likable, and got the job done. We discussed the different diagnostic tests that he performed, and it's evident that he is quite knowledgeable about the topic.

Heating system was making high pitched noise. Clarksburg squeezed us into the schedule. Of course we couldn't replicate the noise when Matt arrived but he narrowed down possibilities based on my video recording. No service needed immediately unless issue returns. Only charged me for a minimal visit instead of the originally quoted price. Very professional and friendly from office staff contact through technical staff. Will definitely use going forward.

After getting absurd quotes to replace my existing 17 year old system from the other names I will not mention. I saw very good reviews on Google and Yelp and decided to ask for a quote to replace the system. My advice is to check Google and Yelp reviews. Clarksburg HVAC came out free at charge and took a look at the system and got a quote for me later in the day.

The surprising thing is, after getting quotes from the other 2 companies, Clarksburg HVAC ask me if I had a preference on the name system I would want. I was blown away that I was giving this choice. I just said whatever you recommend as long as it did not come from China. The other companies quoted me from 10k-18k to replace the system in a 1600sf townhome. Lets just say Clarksburg HVAC save me TONS! Fells like the best money I spent. Time will tell if the system holds. Highly recommend. Thanks Matt.

The best HVAC company in the DMV. Amazing customer service. My family’s A/C stopped working on a hot Friday night. We made one call early Saturday morning and they were out fixing it within hours.
