Steve Parker did a great job. He called ahead, showed up on time, covered his shoes. We had a slow master bath drain that was affecting the toilet, sink, shower and tub. He first attempted a cheaper remedy using only a plunger, and when that was unsuccessful, he brought out the power auger and was able to clear the line.

I had a leak in my shower pipes that caused water damage in my condo. O'Connor was able to assess the problem, and get me in touch with a restoration company to remove the damage and build me a new shower. The employees I worked with the most were Cody Carroll and William, and they were able to answer all my questions and help me develop a strategy to address the water damage. I'd recommend O'Connor to anyone looking for a plumber.

Spencer Grothe did an outstanding job doing three jobs for us. He installed a new toilet and shower hardware and fixed a water leak. He was super professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Malik from O'Connor. One of the more frustrating things I've experienced dealing with other plumbers is the lack of communication throughout the repair process. Malik, on the other hand, was clear, communicative, and walked me through my options at each step along the way. He did a great job and I would happily use O'Connor again.

3 Day Holiday Weekend massive pipe damage from the cold weather and these guys were at our home within 45 minutes from the call. Friday at 7:00 pm on a Holiday weekend, and we were not gouged with pricing. Actually, from the start, a LIVE person answered helped up and said the plumber would call within 30 minutes, it only took 12 minutes for him to call. Fred was the plumber that showed up and he was kind, professional, very precise on everything that needed to be done. We called 6 other Plumbers that are 24 hours on call emergency and no one could assist for almost 3 to 5 day! We had a massive water problem with the temperature being 9 degrees. ALL I HAVE TO SAY, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND I WILL RECOMMEND. Thank you to your Company for delivering when no one else could and price was very fair.

We were the last stop on George's list. He arrived after 5pm and although he had a long day, his attitude didn't reflect that. Very friendly from the start, identified the problem, fixed it and gave us recommendations on how to prevent it moving forward. He was very helpful and a pleasure to have in our home. Any plumbing issues in the future, wellw be sure to reach back to O'Connor and hope George shows up at the door.

We had Steve Parker help us with a broken water regulator, 3 broken shutoff valves and he did a great job. He had to coordinate with the city as well because the city water shutoff was stuck. Quality work and super friendly.

Liam did an excellent job today servicing my kitchen drainage issues. He is friendly and professional. I truly feel that my money was well spent and I highly recommend both Liam and O'Connor Plumbing as a company.

We live in an older home that was in desperate need of plumbing upgrades. These guys were amazing. Very competitive pricing, extremely professional office staff, and service technicians were knowledgeable, reliable, clean, and very professional. I would highly recommend this contractor for all your plumbing and water treatment needs.

We were able to reach O'Connor Plumbing immediately and described the emergency leak. Steve came at the designated time, quickly identified the source of the leak, and offered practical suggestions to minimize the water damage. Based on his professional and responsive service, I would rely on him and O'Connor as our regular plumber for more routine plumbing issues.

I just had donnie and Cody out at my apartment to fix some reoccurring issues we have had for quite some time. These men were so very nice and professional. They came in and fixed my shower with in minutes after months of having the same issue. I would absolutely recommend them time and time again. They helped me find some other issues within my whole plumbing system that I would have not known anything about if it wasn't for Cody. I am so very grateful. Please if you are looking for good honest hardworking and helpful people to do work for you ask for Cody and his apprentice donnie. Thank you a million times over gentlemen.

I've had several plumbing issuers over the past couple of years ranging from burst pipes, replacing of main shut of valve, and moving an existing pipe. O'Connor plumbing has always been knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They did their work quickly and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them.

Austin is excellent. Very professional, kind, and helpful. He communicated well and provided recommendations to me for preventative maintenance. The price was right and the job was done much quicker than I would be able to do myself. As a GC in MD, I will be calling on O'Conner again!

Our garbage disposal was almost 15 years old and began leaking one morning last week. I called O'Connor and Evelyn was able to have Fred out at my house later that afternoon ready to install a new disposal. Fred showed up on time and was very thorough with the work. Found that not only was the disposal in need of replacement, but the drains were almost fully clogged with grease and debris. He cleared everything out at no additional charge and also found that our existing faucet also had a small drip at times under the sink we weren't aware of. He was able to come back a few days later to install a new faucet that we picked up from Home Depot and everything is working great. Can't say enough about the quality work Fred and O'Connor provided. Will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Another Fantastic Experience. A slow overnight leak turned into a big morning mess. I called O'Connor Plumbing and they responded within the hour and fixed an hour later. Jeff was on time, very polite and explained everything. Thank you to Evelyn in the office for helping make it happen so quick. Great teamwork!

We had a plumbing emergency in that we discovered our main line was backed up on a Friday night. O'Connor Plumbing was very responsive and had Jeff come out within a couple of hours. Jeff was very knowledgeable and courteous and I appreciated he did everything he could to keep the price down, but after hours plumbing emergencies are expensive. I had called another plumbing company and O'Connor's prices seemed comparable for emergency work. The 5 stars is for Jeff the pro they sent out to help. I would give O'Connor plumbing 4 due to the high cost.

We had Tyler and Calvin at our home recently to install a water heater. What I like about working with them is that they are not trying to upsell. I appreciated Tyler's honesty and thoroughness in explaining everything wrong with our old water heater. Grateful for him making a return trip to our home to make sure everything was working properly. Look forward to working with Tyler again in the future if a need arises. Thank you!

Needed a plumber to come out ASAP due to a gas leak at our hot water heater. Jeff was able to come out the same day, without me even leaving my office to come approve the required work. He was timely, communicated through the entire process, and had the leak fixed in a matter of a couple hours. He wore shoe covers to keep my home clean, and even followed up personally later in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. This was some of the best customer service i've ever experienced.

I almost subtracted a star from the review due to the woman who scheduled the appointment providing misinformation (It was not a small deposit of 35 dollars to come out and diagnose the issue. Because of it being gas, diagnostics was 220 right off the rip), but Jeff actually made that right by the time all was said and done as well. Just be careful if the issue is gas, as the scheduler didn't seem to know about this difference in price.

Inside water pipe leaking in townhouse. Called O'Connor Plumbing. Came to the house that day, within 40 minutes of the call. Shut off the main water. Whew! Cody and Andrew were neat and clean, nice and communicated with us during the entire process. Needed replacement of a 30 year old water pipe. Had to dig up our front yard. They had respect for my garden and worked to have minimal damage.

I really have to hand it to O'Connor Plumbing. I had my bathroom redone, and was shocked at some of the shoddy work that was done by previous owners (and happy it didn't cause damage to other units before the overhaul). My technician George and his partner (I believe his name was Matt) were punctual, friendly, and professional. They were on time, every time, and worked well with the quirks of my building. I truthfully have no idea about how plumbing works, but they made sure to explain everything that they were doing for me. In addition, Evelyn from the office, was just as sweet and responsive as could be. I hope I never have to call them back for anything anytime soon, but I would recommend them to anyone- hands down. Thank you again!!!
