Person answering phones is RUDE. slammed me on hold before I could finish the reason I was calling. Good thing there are other Electric Suppliers.

Ask a counter salesman if he had a 35 W HPS lightbulb, which you can find on multiple websites. He almost drop the phone he was laughing so hard. Tristate should vet their employees a little better. Apparently this morons bulb is not to bright.
