Marcos was amazing from beginning to end of project. The concrete steps look great. They cleaned debris and made sure everything was put back in place. I love the work. I will be calling for other projects. Always on time to site too.💜

My front concrete walkway and the steps leading into each porch were cracked, depressed and needed replacement. I also needed to replace a depressed concrete slab in the back of my house.

After consulting a number of concrete companies, I got a wild range of prices for the job. And most of these companies didn’t take credit cards, they wanted cash or Zelle, neither of which I would ever do with contracted home work. Not being able to take a credit card and needing Zelle for payment coupled with high prices just kept bringing up red flags. They didn’t feel established.

Marcos with Adding Construction came to my home, I showed him the scope of the work, he took a few measurements and quoted me an honest, fair and reasonable price on the spot. I’d done some research so I knew approximately how much it cost to replace concrete per square foot. Marcos’ quote was in line with industry standards. Marcos followed up the verbal quote with a written one.

When Marcos and his team came out to work, they quickly removed the old concrete and took special care not to damage the sprinkler lines that ran along side the old walkway. After building up the walkway bed and pouring the concrete, the team crafted a beautiful new walkway and stairs.

In the rear of the house, the team built up the concrete base and extended the depth of the pad for better stability and protection from burrowing things. The new pad seamlessly blends with the existing basement steps.

Once the concrete work was complete, Marcos and his team added topsoil and fine tuned the grading around the new concrete walkway and pad. It turned out absolutely beautiful and met my exact expectations.

What I find amazing is how Marcos seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for every time, and executed on it precisely. Rare trait.

I started with one job. Marcos knew what he was looking at and his price was fair so I added a second project. I just had him and his hard working crew who know what they are doing and get right to work, come back for a retaining wall, their third project for me. I could not be more pleased with quality of the work they have done. I will definitely call Adding Construction for any more projects that come up.
