I recently used A Supreme to replace the PTAC unit in my sunroom where I work from home. I called for a quote and DJ visited same day. Since I've worked with the company in the past, I knew I wanted to go with them so I went ahead with the process to have a new unit ordered and installed. I was able to get it completed the same week! Alvin and another gentleman visited for the installation. They were accommodating and laid drop cloths. They installed and tested the new system. I'm very happy with my service. I've already recommended family/friends.
Office and service staff are always pleasant to deal with, I will always go with A Supreme Heating & Air.

Technician arrived on time and was very polite by taking his shoes off. He did a thorough inspection and serviced our system inside and out. We would love to have the same technician for our service. because he was very accommodating. We have used Supreme heating and cooling service for several years.

Christopher was our tech this morning for seasonal maintenance. He was supposed to arrive between 12-4 but actually came earlier which was amazing! He called when he was 25 minutes away and was here in 25 minutes. Very professional, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, did a thorough job and was so helpful with some diy maintenance recommendations! I signed up for them to come out twice a year for $199. This package includes 15% off any repairs and cleanings. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely the best heating and air conditioning company I have ever worked with. The team was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. Also respectful of property and dog. Appreciated the fact that I did not feel like I was talking to a salesperson.

Jalen and Kevin were exceptional. We would reccomended this company to any of our friends or family. They worked very hard in the heat non stop. We are so happy with the service. This is a 5 star company all the way around.. Adam came out today and checked our furnace, adjusted our thermostat and now we don't run back and forth turning the thermostat up and down. He set it at 71 and the house is very comfortable! He also discussed that we could need a new furnace in the future which was good to know. All the technicians are a excellent,very knowledgeable and courteous!! Bob and Barbara Brown

The condensation drain on my AC unit needed to be cleared. I saw that this company, A Supreme Heating &Air, had a 5 star rating so I contacted them. They came within hours cleared the pipe within minutes and were gone. They did not disappoint. From now on this will be who I call. 😃

The team did a fantastic job! They upgraded me from an oil heating system to an all electric HVAC and new water heater. They were fast, kind, and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The whole staff at A supreme has been wonderful. They were able to see me very quickly and in a short period of time. The ladies in the office Holly & Kristina were very helpful and kind as they answered any questions I had and made sure they got me scheduled ASAP. The techs were very knowledgeable and prompt. The two gentlemen called me about 30 minutes before arrival. They were on time. Did all the work in a timely and clean manner. We’re super polite, super nice, cleaned up everything. I am happy to pay for this type of service, not to mention the peace of mind of having a new AC unit.

I live in Tanyard Cove and contacted A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning when my HVAC was only blowing cold air. The young lady on the phone was empathetic and provided a clear timeframe for the technician's visit. I appreciated the follow-up call that set precise expectations. The technician quickly diagnosed a bad limit switch, replaced it, and cleaned the flame sensor, all within an hour. My system was back up and running the same day. Thank you for making this a seamless experience!

This company was prompt, courteous. they even called when intransit to my home. their service fee was reasonable.

The install team was amazing! all business, nonstop till job completed. Complete cleanup and haul away of the old system and all debris. They also answered all of my questions regarding the newly installed system, and the failure of the old system. I don't know where you could find better service!

The previous owners left this company's business card behind and we thought why not give them a try? I was able to submit a request online last night and had a confirmed appointment time first thing this morning for today! That's amazing responsiveness and the online request took some of the anxiety of booking services away! Our technician DJ was incredibly professional and provided us with lots of information about our options to continue to improve our system. I would highly recommend this company for yearly maintenance! We look forward to continuing to work with them.

Update: DJ has continued to be an incredible technician! The company's customer service can not be talked about enough. We are beyond impressed and thankful to have such a great company caring for our home!

Spring 2024 Update: We've continued to have a great experience with A Supreme! Jalyn O. continues to provide excellent customer service and interacts with our two cats which helps them feel less nervous! We are so thankful to have our home cared for by such an amazing company.

Cannot recommend Supreme heating and cooling enough, my old unit gave its all for over 20 years and unfortunately gave up during this last heat wave, I spoke with 2 other companies, one of which I had a maintenance subscription with and neither could come out for over 12+ days…

Supreme on the other hand sent DJ out next day, after he confirmed my old unit was no longer functional or repairable he provided me with quotes and all the information to make an informed decision. Just when I accepted defeat and decided to have them install a new unit they gave me the best news that they could come back the next day! Not having to spend the weekend standing half in my refrigerator was a huge relief. Big shout out to Owen’s, Micheal, and Kevin for a timely installation, they were very friendly and professional, they cleaned everything thing up when they finished and they even parked in an unreserved spot(townhouse, every other repairman we’ve used always takes my neighbors clearly marked spot).

Definitely ask for DJ for any of your trouble shooting needs! I don’t suspect I will need any heating and cooling services for a while since they did such a great job but I will always call Supreme first if I have any issues.

A Supreme came out within two hours of us calling them to assess our AC unit. They replaced a new one within a week. Very professional, attentive and everything is working well after the new install! They were so easy to work with and delivered great results.

They were able to make it to my house late on a Saturday night and quickly fix the heater in my house. The technician explained everything and was extremely helpful. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I wasn’t planning on my heater breaking obviously, but they made the situation way less stressful.

ASupreme has been our HVAC company for over 10 years. All the techs are responsive, knowledgeable and very good. The company communicates with you to ensure you get your semi annual checkups scheduled.

The office staff are friendly and helpful as well. They are always the best techs and always friendly. If I have an issue they are out very quickly to resolve it for me.

DJ and Mike Harris are awesome. Very professional and polite.
Came out to check out my AC unit and found it was working no issues. I found water coming from under the wall and thought it was the AC. After checking around DJ found that the spigot in my bathroom next to the AC unit was leaking and causing all my problems. They went above what they came to do. I would definitely. recommend Supreme to all my friends.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! The technicians showed up within the first half hour of my appointment window, making sure that they contacted me beforehand to let me know they were on the way. I also received a picture of the technician via text for an extra layer of security.

The technicians were professional, friendly, and super nice to my dogs which always scores extra points with me. They quickly identified the problem and were able to repair it right then and there. Once they were done they explained everything to me, answered any questions I had, and took my credit card payment right on the spot.

I would absolutely recommend Supreme Heating and AC to anybody who needs quick and Professional Service to their HVAC system!

What a wonderful company. Our water heater started to leak and the next day we were able to have a new water heater. They also installed a full new HVAC unit. Our unit was old and needed replacing everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The install team very respectful, on time and kept thing’s clean. Highly recommend
