Highly recommend MaxAir. I use them commercially as well as at my own residence. They’ve always been courteous, professional and honest. They are a great group!

I called MaxAir after getting their info from carriers website. My first call was to ars/blue dot. Never again. I then called MaxAir, and spoke with Randy. He took his time and explained every question I had. Ended up with the system I wanted at 1/3 blue dots quote. He also found every possible discount between the manufacturer, and tax rebates. I felt comfortable, so we signed the proposal. Our system was scheduled for install a few days later (fast). Steve was the lead tech, and Zach and Jeremy were there to assist. A quick explanation of how the day was going to go, they laid their drop runners and go to it. Each guy knocking out his task. The guys were incredibly polite, and just great guys to have in your house. Their work was neat, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I don’t praise companies like this often, but they were great to deal with in every aspect. If you need HVAC service or a system, make sure you call these guys first!

I wanted to have my heat pump looked at and tuned up so I called MaxAir Inc. They were able to schedule me easily. Showed up on time and the technician was here for over an hour looking at everything on the indoor and outdoor part of the unit. The technician also looked at my breaker box and found that a wire had been cut and that my unit wasn’t working at full power when needed.

I would highly recommend MaxAir to anyone. They were pleasant and professional to work with.

Gave me a good price for a new HVAC. Installed it within a few days and warranted the labor for two years.

MaxAir was highly recommended from a good friend, who has a rental property business, and has used their services for years. I recently met one of their technicians, Cole, and I was very impressed! Cole was kind, professional, and knowledgable. In fact, I was so impressed, I signed up that day for The MaxAir Maintenance Policy. It's been my experience, that many people seem to complain when someone or something is not right, however, they never take the time to "thank" someone for their professionalism. It was great meeting Cole...MaxAir seems to be a great company!

I reached out to MaxAir for an AC unit that wasn’t working at a rental. They came right out the next day, diagnosed the issue. The tech was able to explain to thoroughly over the phone what the issue was, get the system back up and running in no time. In a world where we rely on someone’s expertise to tell us what’s wrong before we spend our money, i highly recommend them!!

Max Air has been the company I have used to service my HVAC for about a decade now. They have always been respectful to my home, (one of the few companies who would wear shoe covers) efficient and on time. My calls have always been answered courteously. The techs are always polite and willing to listen to my questions.

When cleaning out my dryer vent in advance of a new clothes washer/dryer, I damaged the external vent. I called 3 HVAC companies and a dryer vent cleaning service all of which said that they did not perform that repair. Hmm .. an HVAC company that doesn't repair an HVAC vent? I tried MaxAir who (after a brief discussion and pictures) scheduled Joe and his assistant. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a very reasonably priced and effective repair. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quick response and signed an ongoing HVAC maintenance contract (reasonably priced and comprehensive) as a result.

I've been using MaxAir for years and recently had them out to check on a problem with my system. Communication was great, they were on time, and everything is working.

Great company, Great employees! The three max air employees, Steve, Jeremy and Zack, all arrived on time and we're very professional while they installed our new HVAC system. They kept their work area clean, and kept us informed of the progress during the course of the day. They worked well together, and split up to do different jobs in different spots, a clear indication that they all knew what they were doing. At the end of the day they did a fantastic job cleaning up, and spent time explaining the new thermostat and new features of our HVAC system to us. All in all, from a customer standpoint, it was a very pleasant experience. Almost forgot to mention that when we received our initial quote from Randy, that he was very nice and personable, was well informed, understood our needs and did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need or want. We have used this company a few times in the past for maintenance of our old system and they were always wonderful to deal with and the employees were always great!

My husband and I are completely impressed and grateful for the excellent job of MaxAir installing a new heat pump system in our attic and replacing the compressor outside. What with the temperature in the attic extremely hot, we are impressed with the expertise and the congeniality of Steve, Jeremy, and Zach in our very hot attic.

Drew came out to fix my AC unit and did an outstanding job. His troubleshooting skills were top-notch—he quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly. He was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend MaxAir Inc and Thank You Drew for great service!

Last week MaxAir (Steve) installed a new Carrier Performance Heat Pump System in the Southwind Community Clubhouse. The installation was completed within two days in a very professional manner and our clubhouse was left in a clean state. The contracting with Randy at MaxAir was a customer oriented process and very transparent. We also appreciated the rebates offered and competitive pricing. I would recommend MaxAir highly.

The service i got was the best air conditioning service I ever had with any company. Drew came on time analyzed problems quickly and explained in detail how he was going to repair. He told me about maintenance plan and advantage which was great deal. The unit was cleaned so well like the day we originally got it.

Based on reference from friend, called for a heating system inspection, got an appointment within 48 hrs of call. Friendly technician, took about 45 mins, <$100. Planning to set up bi-annual inspection, maintenance plan with them for next year.

Had Maxair out for an emergency with our HVAC and as a new customer they not only fit us in, but came out at 8 o’clock the next morning - the fix was simple. They had us up and running by 9:15 - we’ll be moving our business here from hence forth - very customer focused group

Max Air upgraded my attic heat pump system from the Carrier comfort series to infinity series. The installation required removing my attic stairs - not easy. Once in the attic, it was hot and the rafters and limited flooring made the installation very difficult. The young crew did an excellent job and the system works perfectly! The team was congenital, worked well together and were very polite. I couldn't have picked a better contractor for the upgrade.
