I have had the pleasure of Clarksville Construction’s work on a couple of projects. The workers are courtesy and very efficient even when some unexpected problems arise. However, I would not expect less from the workers with Adam August as the leader. When I first met Mr August, I quickly concluded that my project would be done well, and it was.

10 out of 10!! We recently had Clarksville add a second story addition on our home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jack was our consultant and he was great to work with. We will be using Clarksville for every future project moving forward.

We worked with Matt Thompson when we needed repairs to leakage in the basement, as well as gutter repairs. Matt was very accommodating and professional, going above and beyond by providing additional information. We have contracted with Clarksville Construction for a number of projects, including furnace installation. We highly recommend them.

Excellent craftsmanship, professional demeanor. I would say they come back until it's right, but they always got it right the first time. Highly recommended.

Clarksville did a fantastic job with recessed lighting, drywall repair, and paint. You can't tell there were any holes, and the texture and painting are flawless. We really appreciate the personal time and attention we were provided throughout the project. They were timely in all questions and concerns and ensured everything met our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again.

After getting a few estimates and lots of advice, I decided to have Clarksville Construction Services do my deck work. Brad came out three times to give me estimates on various options and to answer all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The project was headed by Vanessa, and she was right on point the whole way. She stopped by daily each of the four days the job took. The crew was professional and friendly and their work was top notch. And their prices were right in line with what was expected. I recommend them and I'll be using them for future projects. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Thompson on several home renovation and handyman projects for my townhouse. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of all my projects. Matt did a fantastic job of listening to my concerns and needs, recommending solutions that met my needs, making sure that the work was performed to specification, and keeping me informed the entire way.

We just had our master bathroom shower remodeled and it looks amazing!!! They worked great with us on a change order. I picked different tiles to use and am so glad that I did!

We had a great experience from start to finish working with Clarksville. We first met with Julian to discuss the scope of our project, and once we signed on to do the work we received regular communication and status updates. The job itself took a few days and everything went very smoothly. Crew arrived early in the morning and worked all day. They cleaned up afterwards and left our home without a big mess. We discovered a minor issue and it was checked out right away and the crew returned the next day to fix it which was wonderful. Vanessa was our project manager along with Kat at the office and they took care of everything/answered all of our questions. The platform for clients that the company uses is great and their communication was top notch with us. We'd recommend this company and hope to use them again!

I've used Clark for two home construction projects in the last couple of years and am very pleased with how both turned out. One was to replace rotten wood siding and stairs for a sunroom and the other was a small custom project to install a flood barrier frame for an exterior door in an area of my yard prone to excess storm run-off. They even repaired two different screens that accidentally got torn during their work without me having to ask. You can't ask for better customer service, which you can't put a price on.

I really appreciated their willingness to work with me on the flood barrier project, as many local contractors wouldn't touch it and the flood barrier company (TM Hardware-also recommended) only develops and ships their custom barriers solutions. We had to do a little trouble shooting together to figure out the installation but it all worked out. And if the project you need is not in their scope of services, they'll just let you know instead of ignoring you.

I will definitely consider Clark again for future projects. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the prices are competitive for their outstanding quality of work and customer service. I've learned through experience with various home contractors that you get what you pay for!

I'm that home owner who always has a ton of questions and input, and the Clark team is always professional and responsive to whatever I throw at them. Special shout out to Doug (sales consulting), Erin (project coordination), Beth (admin support), Mike (project management), Nelson and team, and Shadday and team (work crews) for taking care of my needs from A-Z. As a customer, I always feel like part of the team!

If I didn't already have regular plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services that I like, I'd give Clark a try for those as well.

Clarksville Construction Services (CCS) did some repair work in the interior of my home from water damage and I am very impressed with the company. Our experience with Clarksville Construction has been superb. We have used them multiple times over more than a decade, on projects ranging from remodeling of a bathroom and kitchen, the main floor carpeting and flooring, finishing the garage walls & ceiling, and refreshing the outdoor decks and lights. We have been well-satisfied every time, which is why we keeping coming back to them! The Project Manager, Salesperson, and crews we worked on our last two projects, over the last year, have been wonderful, as they have always been over the years.

The first project Clarksville did was to transform the back deck into a porch. The team worked with us to create an incredible space. Challenges included some County related issues as well as design challenges. All were met by the Clarksville team with friendly, customer oriented action. We are still getting great feedback from folks who visit our home.

I hardily recommend Clarksville Construction. Erin and Julian who ran my project were fabulous. I replaced a sliding glass door, 2 windows, and did drywall repair in my sun room. Julian and Erin made recommendations for all products and it turned out wonderfully. Julian is very through. Went over the contract to make sure I understood what would be done. Most importantly, they called me and let me know what would be done each day. They arrived when they said they would. If you've ever dealt with other contractors, you know how unusual that is. Dependability is the way I would describe Clarksville Construction.
Next year they will be replacing my deck.

We're in the planning and prep phase of a basement repair project with Clarksville Construction, and so far I've been impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail they've provided. Matt came out for our initial inspection and did a thorough job taking measurements, asking and answering questions, explaining the scope of the project, and requesting additional input from us to dial in what it is we're looking for.

Once we accepted the proposal, we were set up with an office contact/internal project coordinator (Brittany), project superintendent (JJ), and provided a web portal to monitor overall project status and submit deposits/payments. Each team member we have worked with has been excellent with regard to communication and attention to detail.

All-told, this is the most communication and coordination we've seen from a contractor, and we feel like we're good hands as we approach our work start date.

The frame around the linen closet was so odd. Clarksville Construction moved the linen door over and reframed. Add the french door. Wonderful work every time I open my bedroom door, smile on my face. So happy how it looks. Great workers and Matt is very helpful on ideas.
