I am so pleased with our solar panels. Nick Hayes sold us our system and was never pushy and very patient with our many questions. In the first month we paid almost nothing for electricity. Even in the hot summer with the AC full blast our bill was insignificant. We are actually producing 20% more than they promised us. Trinity Solar worked fast and were so courteous. We loved our experience with Trinity Solar and Nick Hayes.

Team arrived on time and worked the entire day, non-stop. Gave words of encouragement throughout the day stating how nice it will be in the end. Took off their shoes when entering our home and left no mess behind. Electrical engineer was thorough and efficient in his explanations and showed expertise.

I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience with trinity solar. Starting with their sales technician Ryan Urch, he was extremely instrumental in lowering my monthly payments. He made the process super easy and I would highly recommend to anyone to make ryan and trinity your first consideration when thinking about going solar.

Tom Hafer, my sales rep, is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helped us through the process of getting our solar installed! His team of installers did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience using Trinity. My rep Wayne Brechtel was more than helpful from start to finish. Everything was simple, the install was quick and I was kept up to speed on everything throughout the entire process. If I needed anything, someone was always there to help me. I'm very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Nick Hayes is a knowledgeable salesman who is passionate about the product he's selling. He didn't have to do much to convince us to go solar, but he made the process as painless as possible. He met with us in person (more than once) to explain it all, and then promptly addressed my many, many questions along the way. All of the filings/paperwork/ permits/behind-the-scenes stuff were completely taken care of by Nick and the folks at Trinity. Once we made up our minds, we just sat back and let everyone take care of the stuff that needed to be taken care. A great crew of 7 guys came out and, in the span of a day and a half, we were the proud owners of a new solar system. And, months after the install, Nick is still responsive to my emails and questions. Excellent customer service.

My experience was great from begining to end. I was educated on the benefits of solar energy and how it could save my home money. The rep was always accessible and made the process seamless. The install crew was friendly, polite and arrived on time and the finished product looked great. I highly recommend this company.

I've had solar panels for now about 2 years and I love them. Thanks to Trinity Solar and my agent Terry I'm now saving a ton of money on my electric bill monthly. The job took 2 days and the men were all very polite to me and my family. They put on little booties when they entered the house so they would not dirty the floor. The work done in the attic was neat and organized. The foreman on the job did a good job keeping everything going without problems. I would recommend Trinity to anyone who can except solar panels. It was also very easy working with Mike Rosato the salesman. He made the whole process easy to understand and was always available when I needed to talk to him. Thanks Ralph

The installation crew came to my home, with a great attitude and ready to work. They installed the solar panels and the electric system professionally and explained the process at every step. From sales to installation to operation, they made it easy and understandable. Our salesman, Paul Beall, was a treat to deal with, explaining everything - financing, installation, operation and incentives - carefully and completely. The paperwork they provided for the incentives was already filled out except for our info. Very easy indeed.

Our experience could not have been any better, The sales rep that initially came out for a "sales call" remained involved with the project all the way up to completion. Even after the installation was complete he remained in contact to ensure we were satisfied even a month after he's "job" was done. Far too often do sales people sell a job and then vanish. I think our reps name was Troy, and the only reason I don't remember was because I just got a request to write a review and i think we have had solar panels for over a year. I know there are many companies in the solar market now, but I encourage you too go to these guys first. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I wish I had time to write a two page review about the entire experience and how simply amazed my wife and I were. I truly feel that satisfied and I almost never write reviews, certainly not anywhere close to this long. Oh, and we have 5 small children that constantly interrupted our meeting and he never once showed signs of frustration as many other companies had. He was like their Uncle and he just met them. Go Solar, and Go with Trinity!

I had a wonderful experience working with Terry and his team. Even when we did not qualify Terry worked with us and stayed in touch with us until we did qualify. The savings we’ve experienced has been awesome. We appreciate Trinity Solar and the personal touch Terry put into making our transition painless and profitable. I worked with Terry to design and install my system. It was a very smooth process. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Twice I had to contact the office, and I was able to speak with someone immediately and my issue resolved. It's been a year since installation, and the system is working beautifully!

We had a great experience with Trinity Solar! The salesman was wonderful and informative! He was not pushy and let us decide in our own time if we wanted to go solar! Once we got the go ahead, Trinity Solar was calling right away to set up and install date. Everything went quick and smooth. We recieved a call after everything was installed from our awesome salesman, Thomas Hafer. He wanted to check on us to see if we were happy and to make sure we had no other questions. I also had called customer service at another date and had no problem getting my problem solved. I definitely do and have recommended this company!

Terry Collins was an absolute stellar sales person in the purchase of our solar panels. He answered all of our questions, including providing the pros and cons of purchasing financing through Sunnova at a 1.9% interest rate and outright purchase via cash sale and the warranty benefits difference. To this day he has been exceptionally responsive to any questions we have had and it’s been over 2 years since the purchase of our solar panels. I had and continue to have an excellent experience with Trinity Solar Energy.

We got the system installed at the end of 2024. It began working March 2025. Solar works as it should. Last week (july 2025), we noticed a leak from one of the panels into our living room. Called them and left a voicemail as it was after hours. We got a call scheduling a visit from a tech before they even opened that day! Then the tech showed up as scheduled and it took about 1 hour for him to do the work.
TL;DR - Responsible customer service team and tech quickly resolved a leak caused by their installation.

I have been impressed with the entire Trinity team. From sales to install. They really pay attention to the little things too. They had to cut a small hole in our wall, they sent a contractor to fix it (even though we're remodeling next year anyway) they reseeded the yard where they had to trench. They could have just left us to fix that. Some companies would. The entire team was both professional and friendly and we're just really pleased.
