George came for a tune up on two heat pump systems. He was efficient, friendly, and helpful in addressing my questions. He even helped resolve an issue with noisy ductwork. Great experience!

These guys were recommended to me by a friend and have done good work for me. They service mini-splits, which has been harder for me to find, and they always show up on time. They are great communicators and I'm happy they are part of my homeowner upkeep team.

We lost our air conditioning on a hot day—it was 83 degrees in the house—and I called the emergency line at 12 pm on a Saturday. I spoke with Kerry, who was terrific. We were given a two-hour window from 12:30 to 2:30, and JJ, the technician, had everything finished by 2:30. Both Kerry and JJ were kind, professional, and communicative. The service was fast, cost-effective, and seamless. Truly top-notch.

We had a great experience for a tune up. Show up on time. Called ahead and educated me on our system. JJ was great
to work with. Unfortunately we have to replace our heat pump but I feel comfortable going forward with them.

Highly recommend. An easy, stress-free experience from start to finish. Fair prices and an all around wonderful group of techs working there - from the two guys who came out to remove my old unit, to the crew of four who came out 6 mos. later to measure for and install the new one.

Chris T. in the office was very responsive from initial contact thru every follow up. All involved were careful to explain what my options were, communicated with me clearly and were honestly concerned about aesthetics when running new pipe and wiring. I truly felt that they treated my installation as if it was being performed on their own homes.

I noticed this morning my furnace had turned off. I called D&A. By 1 :30 a technician was at my home and resolved the problem in an hour. We were expecting a snow storm in a few days, and our furnace will be working just fine for the cold days ahead.

D&A came out for a annual maintenance service call to look at two different AC units on our property. The scheduling was quick and easy and they followed up with a reminder. The technician was prompt, courteous and informative. We had a minor issue which he described in detail. I found him to be very thorough. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I found the price to be very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our electrician inspector provided superb serviceand was very professional! We recommend them!

JJ was fantastic - first the head's up arrival call 15 minutes before arriving. His attention to detail and willingness to share how he was finding things as he went. He exhibited excellent customer service and left things as he found them.

Replaced furnace and ac units. Chose D&A among 4 estimates. The technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions timely. Seems honest and caring. Customer service was great. Even came out for minor adjustments per my request after installation. Happy about hiring D&A.

Incredible! Our AC was not functioning properly at 9pm. We called the next day at 8am, a tech was at our home at 10am, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Not only was service fast and amazing, but it was also reasonable. THANK YOU!

Love how fast, efficient and professional everyone is on the team! Definitely recommend for new HVAC and tune-ups after. They very much have a policy of not closing the job until you are completely good to go!
