This was the response that I received from Danny, when I told him that his quote was over my budget limit. While we are at this I would like to clarify to him that nobody in India works for free. If you don't correct your attitude and world views, you are going to be out of business and I hate for that to happen to a fellow American.

Called on 12/11/2017 @ 2:59pm to inquire about if they have the service of identifying trees. I told rep i was gehing to identify a tree in front of my home. The service rep began yelling " WHAT DO YOU MEAN IDENTIFYING AN TREE, IF I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME COMING OUT THERE" I immediately cut him off and tomd him i own a business and i draw customers by answering questions with courtesy. Frankly if you call and get that same rep I wouldnt do business.
