Jeff Thomas from Heil plumbing did an excellent job of installing a new p-trap in our bathroom. He went over and above in explaining what had to be done. We are very satisfied with the job done. And would recommend him for future plumbing needs

Quick response to the initial call and immediate repair and replacement when the problem proved worse than expected. The guys who came to the house were polite, helpful, and left the place cleaner than it was when they entered . 10/10 Will call again with any future plumbing issues.

Will Yokum our plumber from Heil Plumbing is top notch. Efficient, very experienced, and comfortable to have in your home. He assessed the 4 problems needing repair completed and did a detailed estimate up front, explained what we needed and used quality and the best parts to ensure work that would last. Love that the quote is by job and not by the hour so there are no surprises. I have used Heil for over 29 years and they aren’t the cheapest but they are fair and they are the best.

Joe Welch was polite, professional, and knowledgeable! Excellent work! He and his helper protected my floor, cleaned up everything after, and explained everything. I made the decision to use Heil after having a bad experience with the original installation contractor associated with the dishwasher purchase…Heil had excellent reviews and now I know why first hand. Would highly recommend!

We had bad luck with plumbers in the past— they were very expensive and didn’t always really fix the issue. So when I was searching for a new plumber, I was nervous about what we’d find. I called Heil Plumbing after reading the online reviews and I’m THRILLED that I did.
Our service technician, Jeff Thomas, was prompt, friendly and most of all, professional and competent. He diagnosed our issue and gave us a range of options to fix it, describing the pros and cons of each. He was able to meet our needs without breaking our budget. Not only will I call Heil Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need, but I’ll specifically ask for Jeff.

Franklin did a top notch job for us. We replaced two toilets. He was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Heil Plumbing.

Erik was our technician, very professional and answered my many questions. He Worked on toilets that were leaking. Price was steep but I think it’s due to our general area and plumbing services are normally high especially if you want a reputable contractor.

Called with a sump pump issue. Joe were there within a short time. Problem was diagnosed (frozen drain line because of the extended extreme below freezing temperatures) and recommendation given. When "deep freeze" was over, Joe returned and replaced the sump pump. He was prompt, curious and professional. Heil's customer service and follow up is excellent.

Second time calling Heil and they have earned our repeat business. Erik Young was so professional, helpful, and did great work fixing a bathroom sink trap that needed help. Scheduling and coordination was easy, he was on time and efficient in getting the work done. Kudos to Heil and Erik for earning happy customers. The price is worth the professional, honest and reliable service we’ve received from them.

This was our first time using Heil Plumbing and we were very impressed with them. Chad was very friendly, punctual, and competent. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, and I felt like he brought the price down as much as possible. We’ll definitely be calling Heil again for any future plumbing needs.

I had the main water line leak from the connector and could not have it shut off inside. Had the county shut off the line from outside. Joe came out quick and got the job done. He was very knowledgeable and got everything up and running quick. Left the place super clean and he's a very nice guy. Thanks for the assist!

I had a burst water fixture that needed immediate attention. I emailed Alison and she scheduled my appointment for via email at almost 8 pm for the very next morning. I have had five star experiences with Seth, Robert, and Nick. Today Erik answered the call and he addressed the issue extremely quickly and cleanly. He was very professional and personable and I would recommend him personally along with Heil on general.

Steven was great. He was thorough, organized, And fast. He explained to me all the steps he was performing along with rational. He also answered all the questions I had and let me know of next steps to improve our system if need be in the future. Overall, I’m very satisfied with his work.

A great experience from start to finish. Richard showed up first thing in the morning (had to greet him in my pj’s!) and immediately got to work discussing options and giving estimates (we already knew we needed a new water heater). Within an hour we had settled on what we were going to install and by 4pm they were finished. They work fast and efficiently! We will call on Heil Plumbing for all our plumbing needs now.

I had Jake, he was so pleasant and professional! He was very attentive to the smallest details and cleaned up everything better than he left it. Also the scheduling person was so nice on the phone and helped coordinate a good time. Don’t go with anyone else, I know I won’t!!

Jake and Colin are AMAZiNG. They both did a great job replacing our water heater. It was such a pleasures to have such knowledgeable plumbers at our house!!! Highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
