These guys came in and fixed my kitchen faucet and toilet backup. Cleaned up after themselves. Let me tell you they were respectful and cost was very reasonable.

I called Cinch Mechanical today and explained that I had a leak I could not find. Denny said he could come out today and to call him when I got home. I called and he was here when he said and took the time to determine the leak was not mine but coming from somewhere else in the building. He was friendly, professional, courteous, while taking the time to answer all of my questions. The next time I have a plumbing issue I am calling Cinch Mechanical.

Our water heater broke on a Tuesday and we called Cinch Mechanical. AJ came out early the next morning and did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He took great care not to damage our new flooring and the install looks amazing. I am grateful because I am very particular. Thank you Cinch Mechanical and AJ.

Thank you Cinch Mechanical, Mr.Denny stopped by this evening and turned my water off inside my house to stop a leaky outside faucet. The faucet had froze up during the cold nights last week, I was lucky it didn't burst, now I am worry free due to the kindness of Mr. Denny. Cinch did a gas line pressure test for me, repaired a leak, and handled all permitting and inspection work with Harford County. I called several other plumbers and left messages and never heard back. Cinch returned my call 15 minutes later, scheduled within 2 days, and kept me in the loop with the repairs and permits. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I spent a few hours calling around in search of a plumber to replace all 4 toilets in my new house. The estimates I received were so high that I was convinced that I'd be breaking the bank no matter who I hired for the job. They picked up the toilets from Home Depot, installed them, and disposed the old toilets in a timely manner and for a SUPER reasonable price! I recently called Cinch Mechanical for help with a clogged drain that I had on Christmas day. Food was being prepared and guests were due to arrive shortly after. Denny responded promptly to my call and was there to fix the problem in no time. He also installed the new garbage disposal that I had sitting in my kitchen for months. Being first time homebuyers and having your first big home issue be your water heater is TERRIFYING!! Cinch came out to my house to fix a stopped toilet in the basement.
He was friendly, courteous knowledgeable and took time to explain exactly what he was doing.
He successfully cleared the stoppage and cleaned up after himself.
He was reasonably priced. I would gladly use his services again and recommend him to others.

Cinch Mechanical responded to a message I sent them via Facebook regarding a sump pump replacement in my crawlspace. I can not say enough good things about this business. Outstanding customer service, honest, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Cinch Mechanical and will use them in the future for any plumbing issues that I have.

Great service and friendly plumbing technician, Jamal. He identified the issue quickly and did his due diligence to determine that our water heater and the issue were actually under warranty so we wouldn't even have to pay if we chose that route. The other route was him fixing it but it would cost us. We still chose to go with Cinch Mechanical and Jamal because the service and expertise is worth the money. Now our water heater is fixed for a very fair price and we don't have to wait weeks for the warranty technicians to come and maybe fix it during the initial visit. I will gladly call them again for any plumbing issue in the future.

My wife and I needed the pan under our washing machine replaced. After being stood up three times by a large regional plumber, I looked in a community Facebook group for a recommendation and everyone raved about Cinch! I’m happy to say they lived up to the community reviews. We were able to set up next day service and our plumber (forgive me - I was working from home and missed his name as my wife was primarily handling things) showed up within minutes of the scheduled time. Professional, friendly, and efficient service! Truly left our small wash room better than it started. I wish I had called them to begin with but I know all future plumbing issues or projects will start with a call to Cinch.
