I had a couple of pipe leaks in the basement. Redbeard Plumbing arrived on time and did the repair in the time frame promised. I will call them again for my next job.

Had Sam do some work when he worked for a previous company and enjoyed his service. Takes the time to explain the options and is willing to answer all questions. On time and great communication.

Sam was quick to respond and replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Very friendly and keep in mind should I need any other plumbing service.

We called redbeard plumbing when our toilet was backed up. They responded quickly and came out the same day. Turns out that our sewer drain was backed up from tree roots. Joe was able to snake the drain and get rid of the roots for now. He then gave us an estimate to replace part of the sewer if the roots were to come back. Overall very professional and made this situation easy to deal with.

So glad Someone recommended Redbeard to me. He came out right away when we had an emergency, did an excellent job, clean up and gave us a very good price. An answered prayer!

Very reliable, replaced our tankless hot water heater, recommended that it should be serviced once a year ( which we didn't know) cleaned up everything from the job. Good Price. Would definitely use this plumbing company again

Sam is upfront first and foremost advising on costs of repairs, any potential problems. He is dependable and reliable. We have had occasion to use him three times in the last 2 months.

I had a puddle of water show up in my front lawn. I figured it was the water line that comes into the house that was leaking. I tried to dig down and find the leak myself. I couldn't find the pipe, and the hole kept filling up with water.

I had a plumbing company come out and they gave me a price to replace water service. They would not offer a repair, just an expensive replacement that isn't in my budget at the moment.

I finally called Sam with Redbeard Plumbing. He came out and gave me a free estimate. He gave a price for a full water service replacement AND an option to find the leak to make a repair. He explained that it could be difficult to find the actual leak and could potentially get expensive if it took a lot of work to locate.

I made the informed decision to have him try the repair first. He shut the water off , and pumped the water out the the hole I started. He actually found the leak about 1 foot away from where I started digging! I can't believe I was so close!

He replaced about 16" of pipe. He used copper pipe to make the repair because that's what I already have. He also used heavy duty compression couplings that are rated for underground repairs exactly for this situation.

Sam was great! He was very knowledgeable. Offered multiple options, and gave a very fair price.

I will definitively call for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

We had a clogged main septic line that resulted in a flooded basement. We were having great difficulty in getting someone to come out on a Saturday. Sam and James drove 1.5 hours to come to our home and resolve the issue. They did a great job and were extremely friendly and professional.
