Carlos from C&V has been helping us troubleshoot a mini-split system in our home. Super nice guy, great communication, courteous, on time, reasonable prices, and willing to talk through issues with the system and thoroughly discuss options. This is the kind of AC service that's easy to recommend, wouldn't hesitate to have them back!

We are so pleased with Carlos and his company. He’s very conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We had our HVAC and tankless water heater replaced and he was great. We will definitely use his company again for all our plumbing and Hvac needs.

Very professional and trust worthy services, he’s always on time and it’s always a pleasure to have someone we can trust in our home and consider a great friend now! Most recently our furnace stopped working and we called C&V home services and they came by the same day and ordered the new parts it took about 3 days for the part to arrive and almost immediately they came back and had our furnace running again it was such a relief especially with the cold weather coming.

We are repeat customers with C&V. When we made the first service call, Carlos was the only HVAC company to answer at 4 PM on a Friday, and came out right away on Saturday. We had to have a furnace fan motor replaced. He was up-front about the pricing, which I thought was very fair. The second call was again a surprise fix for our air conditioning pump that we discovered late on Friday. Carlos came back out, explained the problem clearly and our options, and quickly fixed it. I'd recommend C&V to anyone, best HVAC company we've used.

Carlos is very professional, reliable, detail oriented and he really cares about the customer’s satisfaction. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done exactly as requested. And after he is done with the work, everything is cleaned and all garbage is taken out; there will be no mess left. He installed my mini split HVAC unit with 2 indoor units in my apartment and everything works great. The exterior piping was nicely covered and neatly laid out. He is also very handy with electrical work. For example, he installed a brand new doorbell for my front door (transformer and all). It was done professionally and worked great! Along with the electrician, he also helped lay down the wiring in our small crawlspace, which was a really tough task. Everything was done on time. Definitely my go to guy from now on.

I called in the morning and Carlos and his helper were here that same afternoon!! Carlos was profesional, prepared and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me everything he was doing. I really appreciated his honesty, I didn't not feel like he was just trying to get money for a job, but that he really cared that I understood the problem with my AC and how he was going to fix it. C & V has a customer for life, I highly recommend this company for all of ur AC and heating needs!

Carlos provided us excellent service in a pinch when our AC went down. He came within a day to evaluate our need and promptly repaired it with a part he had on hand. We were grateful not to spend another August night in DC without the AC. It also helps that Carlos is personable, friendly and easy to work with. We will be using him again and recommending him for future jobs.

This review is a bit late but very necessary. One week ago I hired the services of C&V. They came to my home for an HVAC system tune-up. I got more than I expected. I received an education in how my system runs, what to look for and how to do simple maintenance.

Carlos took his time explaining to me the things I needed to know. He is patience, professional, knowledgeable, humble and very respectful of his clients and their home.
He answered my questions and took the guesswork out of the way. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience

My system is now working beautifully. See you for my Spring tune-up.

They were great. Carlos was super knowledgeable and efficient. He had a new thermostat installed, and troubleshooted my HVAC heating issue. He was able to repair and helped me save a major energy bill.

I've worked with Carlos twice in the past 3 years -- first on an emergency visit when our condenser line malfunctioned and leaked everywhere. He was able to get everything repaired quickly and properly, and replumbed the line so that the malfunction wouldn't happen again.

When we were finally ready to upgrade our HVAC filter and box this year, Carlos was my first and only call. He helped us pick a filter that would work with our specific needs, scheduled the install within 3 days, and had the job finished and cleaned up in just a couple hours.

Our heat went out unexpectedly hours before it was supposed to start snowing. I am grateful to Carlos and his helper (sorry I did not catch her name) for being responsive and coming today even though it had started snowing and was snowing while they were here. Carlos explained and showed everything he was doing, he was quick and efficient. I found the price to be reasonable for an emergency visit and the work that was done. I will definitely use C & V again!

Carlos and his crew were on time and very knowledgeable. They originally came out for a free estimate for 2 ductless systems. Guided us through our decision process. They were installed in the estimated time. They cleaned up afterwards, were very courteous, helpful, explained everything. Later our house system needed maintenance. Again, had a superb experience with Carlos and his crew. WITHOUT A DOUBT, they are the best around. Thank you Carlos for excellent work!!!

Carlos and his team were great. They replaced my outdoor AC unit. Carlos was honest and straightforward with me which was great. His team was in time, polite and did great work. Compared what they did to my next door neighbor who recently had the same work done and Carlos team definitely did a better/cleaner job.
