Yusuf was very professional and provided all the necessary information and services to help improve our system . I can tell he’s very knowledgeable with many years of experience.

We had an A/C failure on a Sunday night and JDL managed to send out a great technician at 8pm! This allowed us to unfreeze the system so another tech could come by the following morning and properly diagnose the problem. They were then able to locate a discontinued blower and install it as soon as it was delivered to their office. All the Techs, and Office Staff, were extremely professional, responsive and friendly. It was a great experience for a bad situation.

I am happy to write this review about JDL HVAC Services LLC. From start to finish; Amber, who setup my initial appointment was very nice & professional. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. Special thanks to the entire team led by Armando; Jerel, Fernando, Michael, & Conrad. NOW, thanks to JDL HVAC, I FINALLY have a properly installed & functioning heating/air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!

I had my heat and air conditioner system replaced by JDL. My first conversation with Amber who worked in the office was impressive. She was courteous, pleasant and hospitable. I was very impressed with the workers who did the job. They were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Big shout out to Rudy, Fernando and Conrad. Yes I remembered your names. You all impressed me with your high standards of service. Thanks JDL HAVAC & Plumbing. Great job!

We had a great experience with JDL installing our new HVAC system. Jose, Freddy, and Chris were professional and clearly explained the job expectations and installation procedure. I recommend this crew and plan to hire them for future HVAC and plumbing services.

I called JDL today when my AC stopped working after seeing their strong reviews. My technician Jose was great! I received a message when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked temperature outputs and determined the problems. He was very transparent about costs and made sure to check with me before doing additional work. They didn’t have a cost just to make a diagnostic which some other companies do.

Jose was also very courteous in covering his shoes each time he entered my home and answered all of my questions with patience. I hope I don’t have anymore HVAC issues this summer but if I do, I know who to call!

Contacted JDL for a furnace repair. The had a technician, Jose, out in less than 24 hours. He quickly fixed the issue and recommended a part replacement since the furnace was still under warranty. Jose returned a few days later when the part was delivered to complete the repair. He tested all the other components to ensure everything was working properly. Jose was very professional and courteous and did a great job explaining the issue and the work performed.

I bought a 3-story townhouse about 2.5 years ago and had never done any HVAC maintenance, or even changed a filter for that matter (terrible, I know). So it's no surprise that I was not getting cool air on the top floor of my home. I made an appointment with JDL HVAC Services based on the reviews I saw online, and let me tell you, the service exceeded my expectations.

My service technician Ire was amazing! Very thorough, professional, friendly, resourceful and knowledgeable. He even shared some of that knowledge with me. He explained that all my cooling problems could be resolved with regular maintenance. I was so happy to hear that nothing needed to be repaired or replaced. He let me watch while he performed different tasks. He explained what he was doing and how it would improve the life and the performance of my cooling system. By the time he was done with everything, the top floor was significantly cooler! I'm now set up on JDL HVACs annual maintenance plan so my system stays in good condition.

Ire resolved every issue and answered all my questions/concerns. I am more than satisfied with the service I received, from scheduling the appointment (and rescheduling for the next day due to thunderstorms), to the technician arriving on time, to the exceptional HVAC maintenance services I received. I highly recommend JDL HVAC Services and plan to use them for all my HVAC needs for as long as I own this home.

We had a new heat pump system installed recently. We were pleased with every step of the process. Armando came to view our situation and explain our options, and the costs associated with them: he was extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Amber managed all of the communications around the estimates and the contract: she was friendly, upbeat, and responsive. Ire and his colleague did the installation: they were careful to keep things clean, they were exact about the work, and Ire did a great job explaining the features of the machine and the work they did. It was confidence inspiring. I’m generally wary of contractors, and I found JDL very good to work with. Highly recommend.

I called JDL out for an estimate. I was not in a rush, but they were able to come within 6 hours of my call. Within 24 hours I got the estimates and the options for equipment and financing. I was able to schedule right away. On the day of installation for my AC/Heating, they were very punctual. Everyone was so polite, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of my home and property.

Everything was explained to me regarding the equipment, what was being done, why things were being done, and how it was different and an improvement to my 22 year old system. They made sure I understood everything that was happening.

Armando, Conrad, "Big" Mike, Fernando, and Rudy were all so great. They are a fantastic team.

JDL HVAC is Awesome!! My air conditioner had broken beyond repair, and I literally cannot stand heat, I just cannot. Everyone at JDL HVAC was so kind and they came out right away and scheduled my install of a new HVAC system and I couldn’t be more happier. They took away the old unit and installed the new one and left not one a piece of trash behind. I absolutely recommend them 100%

Both of our heating and AC systems in our home failed and we needed both replaced. We sent a request out through another website and JDL responded very quickly. Rep came out the same day. Looked at our systems, gave us quotes which were slightly less than competitors. We decided to proceed, paid our down payment. They arrived the next day at around 8am and began to work. They were professional and pleasant. The entire process took about 8 hours. At the end of the day, they walked us through the project and explained our new thermostats. They were knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend. 10/10

This review is “Well Deserved”! We cannot say enough about JDL HVAC and Plumbing Services. Our Air Conditioning Unit completely stopped working several weeks ago on the hottest day. I called JDL HVAC and Plumbing Services and spoke with Amber. She was very pleasant, professional, caring and concerned. Amber was a breath of fresh air! Amber stated she would do everything she could to assist us with our HVAC situation and she did exactly that!
She kept the line of communication open from the beginning to the end. I was so impressed because our situation was “Urgent” and no matter how many times I called her she ALWAYS answered and if she was busy with other customers, she always returned my call “Promptly”! This speaks volumes as we all know excellent customer service is a rare commodity. Thank you, Amber!
Within a few days she had our installation scheduled. Chris and Frederick (Installers) called to inform my husband they were in route to our home. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and made sure my husband knew how the new unit worked in addition to answering all questions. Outstanding service and powerful new HVAC system!!! IRE was our technician and he is the best. Our old system stopped working in the freezing cold winter and Joe sent IRE out to fix within 20 minutes of my call! He fixed the system quickly and for a very responsible price. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with him and asked him to replace the entire old system last week. He and his helpers did the work in one day!!! The system works great and quickly changes from heat to air conditioning in seconds. I highly recommend IRE and JDL HVAC services they are honest and do great work for an extremely responsible price!!!

Since Day 1, the services are excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. When you are unhappy, they reach out and ask how they can improve their service. This company fully embraces and understands the importance of customer service.

The team did an excellent job. They replaced the HVAC ductwork in an older home. The system works much better now. Many thanks to Armando and his assistants. The scheduling person, Amber, was very competent and helpful.

I discovered that my air conditioning was not working at 9 pm one night. I called JDL. They sent a technician the next day. He was not able to get there until after 9 pm. But he worked on the AC in the dark and got everything working well before he left. This was the second time that they fixed an HVAC problem the next day when I called after hours.

Justin Fernando and Big Mike was amazingly professional and did a wonderful job with the install of our HVAC system and new thermostat install, and they are very clean.

Outstanding experience with JDL. I picked them from Angi List for a boiler replacement. Responsive, arrived on time for estimate, competitive pricing, and phenomenal customer service with no pressure. I can't say enough about Amber Z, their office manager. Install was exceptional. Pick JDL!
