Polite, on time, efficient, did not leave a fiberglass mess for me to pick up! That alone was a big deal for me. Everything was in good working order.

Blake and Halek did a wonderful job installing my hot water heater and Rob and Ron Jr were professional and informative when installing my A/C unit. Overall a great job all around. I’ve used them several time in the past with minor repairs and maintenance and would recommend them highly.

Very pleased with the service and personnel of Arundel Cooling and Heating. Our technician was Jordan. He arrived on time and was very efficient and diligent. I would recommend both.

Arundel cooling and heating installed my current system in 2020. The whole process was smooth,m and their prices were fair; giving me a menu of options with with clear differentiation and pricing. After choosing a mid-priced option installation was scheduled and done as promised. Since, I've stayed with them for continued seasonal maintenance. They have always done a great job. Brandon was the technical who came today to perform maintenance; he was courteous, professional, and efficiently performed the service. I regularly recommend Arundel Cooling and Heating offends and family and will continue to do so.

Josh came out to do fall/winter service on our heat pump. He was professional and knowledge, sharing information in a manner exceptionally easily to follow - no jargon!

Honest and fair. Other companies repeatedly tried to get me to replace older equipment that was working fine. Not these guys. If it’s working, all their techs have said keep it going, no coercive upselling of unneeded replacements.

Very good experience with Arundel Cooling & Heating. AC went out on Sunday, so I called Monday morning and they had David out to look at the unit same day. Unfortunately we needed a new AC unit but they were able to have Blake out on Wednesday morning to install the new one. He and his partner were courteous and efficient.

My sales rep, Tucker, and my installers Blake, Rob Jr and Rob Sr were hands down the best! All of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
The installers not only did an exceptional job with the install and hands on instruction on how to use my new system and thermostat- but they even cleaned around my outdoor unit, cleaning leaves and cutting back a few overgrown weeds to make sure that everything worked it’s best, and looked its best, too.
And, Tucker was available every step of the way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed.

Have used Arundel Cooling and Heating to maintain and service my Kohler Generator for more than eight years. Technician Tommy has kept my generator in top shape. He knows the equipment, works quickly and I could not ask for better service.
