We recently had our spring AC service. Our technician John was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. He did an excellent job getting our system ready for the season!

I hired Fresh Air Concepts to replace my failed furnace. They replaced furnace and AC. Their prices were competitive, installation crew was very professional and friendly. They left the house clean and had me up and running in just one day. I highly recommend the company and the crew they sent.

The technician was extremely professional and very informative. He appeared to be honest and forthright with all of his answers. Definitely would highly recommend this company

Fresh Air Concepts was very efficient, professional, and cost effective. They showed up within the time window provided and serviced my HVAC system and provided reasonable estimates for work that was needed to keep it running efficiently for years to come.

Pep and Collin came over to perform a routine check-up for our HVAC/AC units. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband wanted to learn more about the units and Pep allowed him to observe the check-up. Pep also took his time explaining the procedure, showing him how the unit worked, and thoroughly answering all of his questions. Pep and Collin took their time and made sure that they answered all of our questions and that the units were working as they should. They were very professional and kind. Will definitely be requesting Pep and Collin in the future!

The lead electrician Russel come over to my unit to help identify the issues with my lighting and is a professional in the true sense. He was able to not only detect the problem but also provide solutions and means to help offset the cost.

The serviceman Jonathan was very thorough, enterprising when there were challenges like when the hose bib did not work and helpful providing recommendations that would extend the life and reduce maintenance costs over the lifetime of the unit. I greatly appreciate Fresh Air Concepts for the expertise and professionalism of their technicians, the quality of the equipment they have installed, and the prices are very reasonable. FAC is a reliable firm that I call whenever I have heating and cooling needs!

I rarely feel like I receive excellent service. Fresh Air Concepts arrived on time, worked until the job was completed, respected our home, were honest, and provided a fair price. We had two prior quotes of $6,000 from other companies to address a duct issue. FAC was honest/knowledgeable and explained all that was needed was a flip of a switch - for FREE! I plan to recommend this company to anyone that will listen.

MY steam humidifier stopped working, so I call FreshAir Concepts. Receiver a convenient and timely appointment for service. The service technician was well trained and experience. That was obvious from his quick diagnostics and finding the problem and knowing how to fix the problem. The work was done in a timely and professional. manner. He ws very friendly and a grand person. Working with Fresh Air was terrific. They gave me options for my new HVAC needs, and we're very patient as I went through my deliberation and selection process. They kept the lines of communication open were responsive, and all of the people I worked with were thorough, polite, and professional. Great experience.

We had a great experience with Fresh air concepts, they did an excellent job were very professional and knowledgeable. We purchased the maintenance plan and it's well worth it.

Highly recommend this company! our technician Pep came out, diagnosed and replaced the part for our ac unit and left within 30 minutes. I got a same day appointment within an hour time frame. they have been incredible and now we have ice cold air blowing through our house on this super hot day! thank you so much!!

Excellent experience start to finish! They were able to come out quickly to perform the work and John was very knowledgeable. He was respectful of the house (keeping things clean) and did a great job! This is the second time I’ve had them out (first time was years back) and would definitely use them again. I would recommend to anyone looking for heating/cooling work to be done!

Jonathan was easy to work with and is good communicator, clearly sharing information with us during regular spring maintenance on our A/C system.

Trust Fresh Air Concepts. Don’t buy Carrier.

Update: very appreciative with their tenacity at investigating an irritating noise our system has made since originally installed and we got no help from our original installer. At least the issue is identified and explained, even if it’s mind boggling how Carrier thinks it’s normal for a system they tout as “quiet” groans irritatingly many times a day. By all means trust Fresh Air Concepts. Just don’t buy a Carrier system. We had one before this that lasted 20 yrs and never made unusual, irritating noises. Never again after the huge cost of this one and being stuck living with this noise.

Initial review: We contacted Fresh Air Concepts after issues with our original installer. Our original maintenance contract appointment was just two weeks before this, and yet your technician discovered an exposed wire barely hanging on. So clearly our original installer is not doing as thorough job as your technician. We greatly appreciate this attention to detail.

I have been using Fresh Air Concepts for the last 21 years. They are an honest and reliable HVAC company that offers reasonably priced service agreements and always professional service.

My furnace failed a couple of days ago. FAC had installed it many years ago, and I was happy with them back then, so I called them for the repair. I spoke with Emily and she got me on the schedule that day. She was polite, efficient, and very helpful.
My technician, Walter, arrived and immediately began the repair. He was quick in his diagnosis and rapidly made the repair. He represented FAC in a positive manner. I will gladly have them do any repairs in the future
