My fiancé and I hired 58 foundations to fix our basement from leaking. Wilson P., Bryon M., and Marco O. were amazing! They sent photos throughout the job so we could see their progress, worked very quickly, were extremely polite, and left everything in perfect condition. They also took the time to protect our belongings that were in our basement. 10/10 experience and we’ll be referencing them out to our family/friends who may need work done in the future!

Cliff, Roger and Gustavo performed foundation repair at my home. The crew was very professional and respectful. This was a particularly difficult job and done in two parts. They worked hard to complete and met my standards. I really appreciated their dedication to the job. Overall we had a good experience. I would recommend this crew.

Had an issue with my sump pump not draining so I called and they came out next day within reasonable time. Andre was efficient and knew what the problem was right away. Great company and would suggest to anyone.

Sheldon from 58 Foundations & Waterproofing was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and truly went the extra mile. Not only did he make sure our sump pump was working perfectly, but he also took the time to completely clean out all the built-up debris—something we didn’t even expect. His inspection was thorough, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to see this level of care and attention to detail these days—thank you, Sheldon!

Wilson P and Bryan M were fantastic. Drain is working properly. Cement didn't set properly after install so we had to have 2nd visit to put on sealant but it was done efficiently and at no additional cost.

All 4 gentlemen Wilson P., Bryan R.,Deion O. and Stacy V. of the installation team did a great job on my foundation & crawlspace work at my home..they remained professional with everything they done from beginning to end... definitely happy wit the outcome. Thank you fellas it is appreciated. 💯

The 58 team that repaired our leaky and deteriorating block walls and water intrusion (B Gustavo, G. Hilario and R. Fernando) did a fabulous job. They were hard working and resourceful and worked through horrible weather for two days to get the job perfectly done. We are more than satisfied and pleased.

Devin and the team you sent to repair our foundation were excellent .They were friendly and told us everything they were going to do. I was very appreciative of that.Thanks for sending such an awesome team to do the work for us. Ron& Mary

Our experience with ‘58 was great! From Keith, the foundation specialist, providing an informative and honest assessment of our issue, to the great communication by the administration staff, to the completion of the work by Bryan R. and Axel M. in a timely and professional manner, I was impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work!

My crew did a great job. They were courteous and made sure to explain the process very well. I would recommend them for waterproofing.

Fred, who came out for our estimate, was thorough and explained every step of our project. Orlando and his team were awesome, they hung plastic throughout our finished basement for minimal cleanup. They went above and beyond routing pipes through the floor and drop ceiling without harming the walls for our new sump pump. Great job!

Miguel and Cliff did outstanding work. They were very friendly and explained all of the details of what they were doing. They took extra steps to contain any dirt and debris and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them. A++

The crew were pleasant, explained all they would be doing. Hilar, Fernando and Juan were very friendly and took great care not to damage anything. Very professional and highly recommended.

Andrei did an excellent job over two days to replace and upgrade our sump pump with a new system as well as install a new dehumidifier. He cleaned up the area he was working in once done and cleaned our storage area as well. He made sure that the new system fit into the sump area and that the new work blended seamlessly into the existing structure.

Hila GT, Fernand R, Ghus R, and Bedwin did an excellent job installing four supports and a steel beam in my crawlspace. They were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend their crew for anyone who needs crawlspace work done

Great job all the way through. From Phil, to Jen to Nadar the engineer, in the beginning steps.
The crew that did the actual instillation of the support pilings was outstanding. Cliff Jose, Roger, Gus and Juan not only did a wonderful job, on time, great communication always letting us know what was going on. They left the basement and crawl spaces clean and swept. Looked better than when they came. The sweetest thing was they thoughtfully blew the driveway clean of leaves as they left the second day which was a lot of help for older folks!

I am very pleased to hire 58 foundations a few times cause they are very knowledgeable to do work for the foundation. I have a good experience professional communication from the staff Leon and Jennifer. They both listen to your concerns and will help to find solutions. I will continue to hire them in my future projects.

Excellent Job! Fast reply on initial contact for estimate by David. Office Staff kept me updated on status of permit. The installing of Egress window with closure of two basement windows; Team was awesome. Cliff, Jose, Gus & Juan worked diligently in the cold windy weather and done a professional job. 58 Foundations replaced the French drains in my basement. The agent, Nathan B., was very thorough in his inspection. He showed me a video of what would be done to correct my drainage issue. He was very detailed and positive in his description of what needed to happen and calmed my fears. Asbestos tiles were removed first for safety. The work crew was courteous and professional. They worked nonstop each day. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the inside and outside. I'm very pleased knowing the water will flow to my sump pump freely. No more mold!!! The new dehumidifier was placed in the ceiling with a hose running down to the sump pump. Even Amber, who scheduled and answered questions from their office, was always pleasant and courteous.
I have only kudos for this company. After watching their commercial, i truly believe God sent them to me. Thank you, 58 Foundations for a job well done!!!

Had 3 companies come out and provide a quote for a main beam replacement and encapsulation on my Crawlspace. Besides being the cheapest, they provided the most detail and had the biggest scope of all companies. They made the while process very easy and even though install took 2 days longer than originally quoted it was worth it. No corners were cut and personally, im glad they didnt rush through the job. Would recommend all every day and twice on sunday for any foundation issues.
