I had the best experience. The tech took the time to show me my system and explain everything to me. He was patient and answered any question I had. He schooled me about my dryer vent and how to clean that. He even noticed my smoke detector was chirping and told me ways to get new ones for my home. I'm a single mom of 3 and it meant alot he took the time to help me with things not related to the call. I went through my home warranty company and this was the company assigned to my call. I'm so thankful to have this experience. Thank you!

Patrick knows more about HVAC than anybody I know. Gave great tips on other things around the house that weren't related to his service call. Very informative and honest. Very pleasant human being.

If you’re ever in need of HVAC repairs, installations, routine maintenance, etc. for your home, my wife and I highly recommend the work and services provided by Patrick Boecher of MasterTech. For the past few years, Pat has serviced our oil furnace and air conditioning unit. Last week, Pat came out to us to install a new oil furnace (previous furnace was old and developed a crack). While going about the installation, Pat discovered several issues with some A/C work we had done while we were doing renovations this past spring.

(The contractor we used for our renovations recommended his own HVAC “technician” and we foolishly didn’t contest or call Pat for his input/opinion - lesson learned!)

Not only did Pat tell us what was wrong/done incorrectly, he explained to us why it was important to fix/correct the issues. This is what I value about Pat so much, as he always takes the time to explain to us what he is doing and how it will make a difference. Pat went through all of our HVAC components with a fine-toothed comb and restored everything to code/efficient working order.

Pat has decades of experience and his dedication to his craft is clear when working with him. He truly cares about his clients as his primary focus is to get the job done right, all the while, educating his clients throughout the process. I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC, but after every time Pat helps us, I gain more confidence in maintaining our equipment.

My wife and I are tremendously grateful for Pat’s help/expertise and we can’t wait to pump the heat this winter!
