I love these people. When my mom was dying and we had no oil they was here in 15 minutes. .And the price was cheaper than any other oil company around here and you can't ask for a nicer group of people.

One time and a very good job

I called on a Saturday morning after realizing my tank was extremely low. Theresa answered and I asked if I could possibly get a delivery for the same day. She made a phone call to her truck and called me back within 5 minutes to let me know they would be here within 2 hours!!! AMAZING SERVICE from both Theresa and the guys who delivered!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Harry and one of his guys came out to do a much needed annual service on my oil furnace about a month ago. I've been in the home for 2 1/2 years and this was my first service. 2 months prior I had called and had 250 gallons of heating oil delivered and the driver came to knock on my door to say hello, I'm getting started and good bye, your full, have a great day. Really great customer service.

During the annual cleaning it look like the previous home owners never had the unit serviced (talking to a neighbor it may have been as much as 9 years since the last!), it was covered in diesel crude and the flue was near shut with soot and ash. Harry cleaned everything up and his worker shop-vac'd the flu and my fan/fan housing for about half an hour or forty-five minutes! I had done my research prior to their visit and was fully expecting an extra charge because the unit was really bad HOWEVER Harry said to me 'we usually charge extra for units this bad, but let's get started on the right foot. we appreciate you calling and appreciate your business' and he only charged me the regular rate. What a stand-up guy, I wish I would've called him sooner.

Their oil is a little more expensive then the discount places but inline with the full service oil shops. If you have oil heat you'd be doing yourself a favor to buy from these guys. When the soot hits the fan this is the kind of company you want servicing.

I have had the pleasure of knowing this Business for many many years and have to say they are a top-notch company with excellent customer service. They are very warm and caring making certain that all of their clients needs are met and as efficiently and promptly as possible. They all for all heating and oil services needed and are very appreciative of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this service!
