We’ve been working with Joe Hall for many years and couldn’t be happier with his services. Joe consistently delivers results, even on complex cases, and his pricing is very reasonable. We’ve recommended him to many of our real estate clients, all of whom have been equally impressed. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and efficient, Joe Hall is an excellent choice!

Very Satisfied!!!
Timing, price and quality of service
I called they came and they conquered
Thank you so much for this service! -
be warned they do NOT do free quotations. They charge $200 minimum just to send a plumber out, even if they A) don’t do any work or B) don’t discover the problem.

I called on them regarding a leaking water heater they installed just before we bought our house, figuring they put it in surely they will have manufacturer warranty info etc. Apparently they don’t keep records on things like that so I did my own research and after speaking with the manufacturer I was informed that there was a 6 yr part and tank warranty. I relayed this info to Mitchell’s BEFORE they came to my house and was told this wouldn't be an issue and that I would be responsible for labor cost (understandably). On 9/20 they came to my home to investigate the leak from my water heater and we were told that the T&P needed to be replaced (covered part) by 2 gentlemen… one of which a little more friendlier then the other. After the diagnosis, BEFORE they left to get the part the warranty was mentioned and when they came back they brought it up to my husband and my husband provided proof of the manufacturer warranty. The one gentleman took it upon himself to take 20 mins ON MY DIME to call their office saying that there was an issue and that we were disputing the cost of labor due to the manufacturer warranty which was NEVER the case so after I got a call from the office and thought I cleared up the fact that there was no issue that we were stating facts she told them to come back in my house to finish. Upon scheduling I was fully aware that for the first hour it’s a $200 charge and every hour after that is $100. I was also made aware that because of the warranty as long as they were finished in that first hour that all I would be responsible for was that $200. Fast forward to them now finishing… they cut a wooden beam in my basement I’m assuming to access the water heater and the only reason I found that out is because my basement floor was full of saw dust that they left me to clean up…. Whatever, fine just tell me what I owe you. We pull the check book out to pay them and the gentleman says, “what’s that for” and our response is so we can pay you. We were then advised that we would get an invoice. I get a call next day from a woman in the office with a very bad attitude insinuating that I refused to pay the people that were at my house yesterday! So I’m willing to clear it up while I have her on the phone until she says my bill is $350… breakdown being $200 for the first hour, $100 for the additional hour and the remainder were the parts that were covered by the manufacturer warranty. I was smart enough to time log the entire endeavor and from when they first arrived, the time spent getting the part and coming back to the finish of the install was 52 mins. This was NOT including the 20 mins they spent on the phone creating a problem with already established concerns. She agreed to take the $100 charge off once she was advised that I have time stamped video footage and when the warranty was mentioned I was told that they had to get in touch with the manufacturer to get my money back. They were paid and that’s all they wanted because as of 1/1/25 there has been no mention of my refund oh and the T&P they “fixed” is now leaking again but they only warranty THEIR work for 30 days! KUDOS MITCHELL PLUMBING!

I called this plumbing company for help and deeply regret it. The plumber was at my home for barely 20 minutes and charged $200 – with zero resolution. They didn’t even perform a proper diagnosis because the apprentice claimed he was being shocked under the house. We’ve never had electrical issues, and my partner even went under afterward, touched the same spot, and felt nothing.
To make matters worse, they showed up without the proper protective equipment and were clearly unprepared for the job. We've called multiple times requesting a partial refund and were constantly given the runaround. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
