Ken at Five Star Power Systems was extremely professional, timely, and easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed why my AC wasn't functioning in one of my rentals and repaired the issue same day.

They installed a brand new generator at home.
Installed flood lights around the exterior of my home, ran electricity to my hot tub and shed, along with a few other electrical needs.
They also perform my annual HVAC PM's!!

I just completed a complete renovation of a 60 yr old home in Severna Park. The home had an old boiler and a separate old ac unit. My background is 12 years in new construction sales and real estate and I had a vision for what I wanted for the hvac. Kenny and his team lead by Doug did a fantastic job. They did all new duct work, a new upgraded seer hvac system with a propane back up furnace, and a ductless mini split system for an addition. I am 100% sure I found my own hvac company for life and will absolutely use them in the future and recommend to my family and friends. As a side note, I talked with 3 different hvac companies for this project. The choice was clear, and I am so glad I chose Kenny and Five Star Power Systems. Thanks again!

Five-Star HVAC and Power. Very professional and they stand-by their work. Performed a service on both my HVAC units and repaired a LV wire. There was a small problem after the service. They came right out cleared it up in 15min, no charge. I am a very happy customer and will call Five-Star HVAC every time. You should too.

We had a fire in our home June of 2019. We moved back into our home February of 2020. We needed a company to come out and service the unit since it had been off for almost a year. The owner, Ken is hands down the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There was a slight issue with one person who came to service the unit in the summer, but that’s been fixed and all good. It would be 56 in the house every morning and it was a struggle to stay warm or to keep the temperature up in the house. We called so many other companies for their help. Without even coming out here, they all told us we would have to replace our unit and it would be $8k or more. No one has that kind of money just sitting around. So we struggled. We sat freezing in our house struggling with not being able to afford to fix it. I called ken this week for his help, he sent another of his guys, Doug to come today because our unit just wasn’t working at all. Doug walked me through every single thing he was doing as if I was his apprentice and told me step by step everything. He answered all my questions. He found the problem, which might have been caused by the fire and fixed it. He went through the entire unit top to bottom to make sure it was working. He stayed way longer than most people would have.

This company is a life saver. We don’t have to sit in the cold anymore, worrying about how to afford a brand new unit. Ken, worked with us and helped us with literally everything. Doug didn’t mind all the stupid questions. He said he wasn’t going to leave here until he figured out what was wrong. This company wanted to make sure that we didn’t have to suffer anymore.

I will hands down recommend this company to EVERYONE!!!! I will never not call them when we need service.
