Juan always comes out ASAP when there is a problem with our air conditioning. He was able to get our unit replaced quickly when it died in the middle of summer. He is a true professional and really knowledgeable when it comes to identifying problems.

Juan was very responsive and timely on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Many other businesses wanted to charge obscene rates to come out. Juan was fair. Most importantly he had to return and he did not ignore me or refuse to return. I would recommend. He services Baltimore as well.

Handy and dependable! We were experiencing dismal cooling levels and really needed help fast. Based on a friend’s recommendation, they suggested Rios HVAC. When I reached out and spoke to Juan about the problem, he was able to come to my house the same day and resolve the issue (coolant leak and more refrigerant). Particularly Juan took delicate time and care to identify the issues and remedy them with out the headache of future issues. In addition, Rios HVAC provides fair market pricing versus other HVAC companies who charge you a service fee for just coming to your house. I strongly recommend this local and homegrown business for all my future HVAC needs!
