Ted from WireFox was fantastic. Called for a GFCI replacement but he also completed a 10 point inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and understanding. I will be using WireFox again for the recommended upgrades discovered in the inspection. Great electrician and company. Highly recommend!

Ted did an amazing job installing our EV charger, and while he was there he installed a new outlet on the outside of the house!

We had a long list of electrical tasks including replacing circuit breakers, adding new circuits, adding a whole house surge suppressor, and troubleshoot a dimming lights problem. Ted was able to do all the work at a fair price. He showed up when scheduled, did his work tidily, and efficiently. We appreciated his electrical expertise and skill.
A few weeks later we had a couple more jobs for Ted. He was able to schedule us in short order He expertly took care our our new microwave and range connections. We are very happy with his work,

I had an amazing experience with this company. The gentleman who helped me, Ted, was on time and very polite. He held great conversation and he was easy to understand when explaining what work needed to be done with my home. He was patient, and extremely informed on the services I needed completed. His prices were reasonable and he was willing to track other services I'll need done in the future. Overall, the experience with him and the company was incredible, and I'll absolutely be using them in the future.

Ted was able to fit me onto the schedule despite my booking being very last minute, and displayed great expertise and professionalism. He fixed both the issue I initially made the booking for (tripped GFCI) and multiple other issues in just a couple hours. Communication was excellent, and I would highly recommend this company. Ted did a great job installing an EV charger at my home. He was able to come out same-day, on a Saturday, which was fantastic because another electrician from another company bailed. He was thoughtful, thorough, and a great communicator. Glad I found him.

Ted was on time and was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. He asked for permission before entering and to go back-and-forth while preforming job. He explained everything very well and in Laymans terms and had no problem, repeating when I asked for better understanding due to my lack of knowledge in the area. He evaluated the problem and fixed it very timely. I loved that he wore shoe protectors on his feet and cleaned up the snow residue independently. 5 stars!!!

I had an excellent experience with Ted today. He installed a new kitchen LED light fixture replacing the old fluorescent fixture. We also discussed future home improvement projects. I will recommend Wirefox Electric to any friend or neighbor who might need electrical work done in their homes.
