Complete Chimneys is a great company. They're very professional, reliable and honest. Joey C just serviced our fireplace/chimney, he did a great job and offered advice for keeping it safe for our home.

When I was looking for a fireplace/chimney company in my area I did a Google search and Complete Chimneys had a high rating. I walked into the Pasadena showroom knowing little and looking for guidance. Michael Galvin was there to assist. He spent 20 minutes walking me through options for my project. They were very upfront with pricing and setting expectations. When the time came for the install they communicated electronically and by phone. They showed up when they said they would (typically on the early side of the 2 hour window) and did great work. There was a total of 3 trips to the house to complete the install and chimney chase build. All of the techs were polite and efficient. Highly recommend for fireplace and chimney needs. Very satisfied.

I was impressed with Complete Chimneys.
First, I have called multiple chimney sweeps during the busy season and either received no reply or an unacceptable appointment date (#monthsaway).
I made an online appointment for sweeping my brick fireplace on Kent Island. The morning of the appointment, I called to make sure I was on their books. I was not, but Sara, quickly fixed the issue and sent two technicians out within 2 hours. I had a sweep and camera inspection. The technicians showed me directly on the camera the issues with my chimney and recommended I not use the fireplace. All estimates and photos of chimney were sent via e-mail. However, they agreed to roll the price of my sweep and camera inspection into the price of a new insert and install.
I was already looking to install a Wood Burning insert in the future. Joe and Joe set me up with a detailed complete estimate on the spot. In addition, while speaking with Joe, I asked a question that he did not know the answer to. He admitted that he was a new technician and would not give me just any answer. Joe contacted a more experienced technician and got the correct answer. I really respected that.
Once I finally figured out which wood burning insert I wanted for the family. Sara set me up with and appointment the next day at a great price. The gentlemen that installed the insert were professional and courteous. They also re-caulked the chimney flashing without question and for free.
I would recommend Complete Chimneys to anyone looking for Chimney services.

They have always done a good job with reasonable prices for returning customers! We’ve had cleanings, installation and repairs done by complete chimneys. Repairs have lasted. Suggestions of what may need to be replaced in the next year or so without pushing for immediate replacement. Good workmanship and fair pricing as well as local!!

We had a full service yesterday. First, John C. completely cleaned, checked, and explained our old gas fireplace. It was remarkable how dirty it was. After inspection Joey explained what work needed to be done for our fireplace to work safely. He made sure we understood what repairs were necessary and the time frame to complete the repairs while asking us if we had any questions and/or concerns. Upon receiving the contract, scheduling our work was not only easy but pleasant! Jorge and his crew, Manuel and Danny arrived on the scheduled date on time ready to begin their day! Professional and friendly, these gentlemen were true craftsmen from set up to clean up. Efficient and hardworking Jorge, Manuel & Danny did superior work. Their work area was spotless after the completion of the job. The office staff is knowledgeable and efficient! To be able to speak to a friendly human voice was wonderful. Huge thanks to Michael and John for the beautiful fireplace insert installation. John went above and beyond to make sure the insert/mantle looks clean and professional, he’s extremely talented at what he does and got the entire project done within the same day! Michael was very helpful through the whole process and ensured it went smoothly. Would definitely hire again and recommend 10/10!

Complete Chimney is the best. They just installed a gas insert in our chimney and did a fantastic job. Michael in the showroom helped us pick out the unit and size it to meet our needs. I couldn’t be more pleased! Our old manufactured wood-burning fireplace needed to be replaced. A wood burning replacement would have been expensive and inefficient. Michael was very helpful explaining the options and guiding us toward a solution. We chose an electric insert the installed directly into our existing firebox, looks very realistic (for an electric fireplace), and provides an efficient source of heat for our basement. John did a great job with the install and demonstrating how it works. Great product! Great service!

John came to assess our gas fireplace to see what was keeping it from lighting. Not only was he professional, he was friendly too. He repaired our fireplace and made it look brand new. Highly recommend!

Our technician was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He prepped the area around the fireplace to keep it clean and got right to work. After the cleaning he shared pictures of what he saw and gave us a verbal and written assessment of the condition of our chimney. I highly recommend him and Complete Chimneys.

I had an excellent experience with the outside crew headed by George. They repaired my chimney and added a formed crown. Additionally, they put slabs of slate on the two shoulders to deflect water. The chimney looks new! The masons were pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Additionally John cleaned my heat and glo gas insert. He also replaced some stones which had fallen off my fireplace. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and very attentive to detail. I will be using your company for any and all fireplace/chimney work in the future. Excellent!!!!’

We needed a new fireplace to cover the massive base left by an old fireplace that was removed. We met with Michael and John to explore options and picked a pair of 60" electric units. They were very patient with our looking and asking many questions. John would do the install and designed the lightweight metal framing that we requested so that the fireplace would not grow taller.
He arrived with the new units and proceeded to assemble them and create the framing that would hold the units back to back and permit a flat top to be installed with matching ends. We were anxious to play with the remotes and be creative. Instant on and capable of generating heat complete with the classical crackling like a wood fireplace. We could sit in our recliners and look at pretty spectacular fires while looking over the units to see the water.
We are very pleased with the installation and my wife and I are competing with the remotes for most colorful fire. A big thanks to Michael from Complete Chimneys for his help in picking the units and to John for his design of the framing and installation.

Would definitely recommend! We were able to have an estimate scheduled quickly for what we thought would be a new chimney liner. Joe was very knowledgeable and went through our options since our flue was simply too small for the fireplace we have (1950's build). The pricing seemed reasonable and the office reached out when our insert came in early to offer an earlier install date, which was really nice! The team that came out made quick work of everything and were very considerate of our home and schedule.We're very happy with our insert and the masonry repairs to the crown!
