I have been a completely satisfied customer of Complete Conversion for over 20 years. They have completed transformative work at several properties, improving the curb appeal and marketability of each one.
At one property, we completed common area hallway painting; the work was professionally done and organized efficiently so as to disrupt our residents as little as possible. Upgrades have also been completed in our clubhouses as well, converting dated areas into a more modern and open aesthetic.
Complete Conversion has also implemented multiple unit renovation programs at several of our properties. The renovations include kitchen cabinet, bath vanity and countertop replacement, flooring replacement and appliance installation. They have made our properties look contemporary and fresh, helping us to compete with brand new product in our market.
In addition to completing unit renovations in the apartments at Crofton Village Apartments, Complete Conversion also recently completed a large-scale project of installing individual washer/dryers in each resident unit. This project included coordinating multiple contractors who worked on plumbing, electrical and drywall simultaneously. The project was planned and executed flawlessly by Complete, including providing us a very detailed schedule, with a specific contractor timetable that made it very easy for our staff to properly inform and prepare our residents for work that would be done. Complete Conversion handled everything including project scheduling, obtaining permits for the project, ordering of the new appliances, installing and testing of the work along the way, and also coordinating county inspections. This large and very detailed project went off without a hitch. Our team was kept up to date on a regular basis, and any issues that were encountered along the way were handled efficiently.
Having completed a wide variety of projects with Complete Conversion, I can honestly say they are one of our most trusted vendors. Not only do they manage each project so efficiently, but they are a pleasure to work with and have proven their quality of excellent work time and time again. I highly recommend them!

I have been working with Complete Conversions on an extensive renovation project at an apartment community for the last 2 years. They are very professional and do a great job with each unit. The finished work has been excellent and is always completed on time. As well, working with the staff has been exceptional. Looking forward to a continuing relationship with them as our community is still a work in progress.

It’s always a smooth process working with them!

Following a complete renovation of our 1800 sq. ft., entirely unfinished basement, Complete Conversions (CC) work has resulted in several excellent new, finished spaces: bedroom, workshop, and large open living room space. Every aspect of the work was done with meticulous care; the CC team included several subcontractors whose work was supervised by a CC manager, including painters carpenters, flooring/carpet installers, etc.
The work was completed on time. All members of the team were professional in approach and task execution. We received twice daily updates on the progress. We are more than satisfied with the results and we highly recommend the Complete Conversions team.

Complete Conversions was a great company to work with for our office and break room renovation jobs. Complete Conversions did 3 separate areas for my company and the spaces turned out phenomenal. They were easy to schedule, had competitive and transparent pricing and had great contractor supervision for all phases of the work. An aspect of working with Complete Conversions that I really appreciated was the high level of communication. Ben and Rob were always on top of letting me know about updates to schedules, material selection, and roadblocks they were experiencing. They were also great with following our company's safety policies and permitting. I would highly recommend using Complete Conversions for your next renovation, whether small or large, they have you covered.
