On the recommendation of our neighbors, we contacted Chesco for a new roof and gutters. Grant and John came out the next day and gave us a quote. The day of the job, Charles came out to check as the job began. Our roof was replaced in 4 hours(we are in a townhouse). The crew was terrific and did a great job cleaning up. Grant, John, Charles, and Mona make you feel like lifelong friends and keep you informed through the entire process. Also, they take the time to send you high quality photos before and after the work is completed. We couldn't be more happy and we will certainly use them for any Remodeling projects going forward.

The great folks at Chesco Remodeling made replacing our roof a simple & smooth experience. They worked with us, they worked with our insurance company. The process of replacing our roof was explained in great detail. The guys that actually did our roof installation were all friendly and cleaned up every bit of trash. Cheso did a really wonderful job finishing our garage for us. They insulated it and finished the walls and ceiling. Their attention to detail left us with a garage that looks even better than we had anticipated. They really went above and beyond out expectations. They scheduled the work in an incredibly timely manner, they were professional and courteous every time we interacted with them. Its very likely we will be using them for additional housework. They also don't pressure you to give a review which I find so important, as we have had other companies hound us for reviews or misleading information. I definitely don't have anything bad to say about our experience with Chesco :)

Had been through 2 bad contractor experiences and finally found a reliable company who gets the job done at a reasonable price. Their electricians did a job in an afternoon that 2 other contractors could not get done in a year. They did a great job staining my deck and sealing my driveway as well. Highly recommend Chesco and will be using them again soon.

Charles, Mona and Trey did an exceptional job throughout the roof and gutter replacement process. Their pricing was competitive and extremely reasonable. The team was on time and did an amazing job with my roof, gutters and most importantly the cleanup afterwards. The Chesco team and on-site Manager Trey addressed any concerns I had promptly and professionally. It was an excellent experience, by comparison to the horror stories I have heard from other roofing contractor experiences, I would recommend the Chesco team to anyone without hesitation!!

We had a wonderful experience with Chesco in connection with a new roof we needed on our house. The initial communication was prompt, thorough, and honest. The price offered was fair and they went the extra mile in doing some minor repair work on our soffits. The end result is beautiful-they did a professional job in 2 days (we had some unexpected plywood sheeting that needed to be replaced) and they cleaned up completely afterward. Well folks, I’ve done all the leg work for you. I’ve searched around our area for several weeks looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and honest contractor that does great work. I’ve found that in Chesco remodeling. The whole team was fantastic! And I had a huge job but they handled it professionally, in a timely manner, and for a great price. Chesco put in a new roof, eliminated a sky light, siding, gutters with gutter guards, windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and new front door with storm door. We are totally satisfied with all the work. We will surely be using them again in the future. Give them a call!

I hired Chesco Remodeling to repair a poorly installed roof and skylight from a different contractor that skipped town. I interviewed several companies and chose Chesco Remodeling and had an incredible experience with their roofers! They showed up on time got right to work repaired and replaced the needed and even went above and beyond and put vent covers and flashing in places I didn’t know needed it. Their price was reasonable but their workmanship was above grade.

when we decided to do some much needed repairs on the inside there was no question we were using Chesco again!

My storm door was blown off in a wind storm and ripped the frame and the siding off. They came in and installed a slider insulated the outer walls replaced the siding where needed. Repaired and painted the inside and added shelves for me.

They gutted two bedrooms and my hallway down to the studs insulated drywalled painted and carpeted. They replaced most of the door frames and floor molding installed several doors so that everything matched. they were very clean and thorough professional and just plain nice! They go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right.

Mona Grant and Alex and the crew have restored my faith in contractors and have proved that quality workmanship is still around. I HIGHLY recommend them for any home improvement you need!

Chesco did our roof about 3years ago. So when we wanted to have attic stairs put in we did not hesitate to call Charles. We selected Chesco Remodeling LLC to put new siding on our house and to renovate two bathrooms. While installing the siding, Chesco found issues with our roof, so we also had them install a new roof. Chesco has an awesome team and all the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Everyone was extremely kind and caring of our needs and concerns. After shopping around and receiving multiple quotes for our master bathroom remodel, we settled in with Chesco as they checked off a lot of the boxes for us - fair and honest quote, local business, veteran owned, and great feedback on-line and from everyone we talked to. It also helped that other contractors were telling us that it would be months before they could start the job while Chesco was able to start within a few days of us signing the contract.

We couldn't be more happy with our finished bathroom remodel. We had an old jet tub removed and a custom tiled shower installed. The tile work performed by Luis is simply amazing. I don't know how else to describe. it. You guys have a real artist working for you. The new flooring looks great. The old stand up shower we converted to a linen closet is exactly what we envisioned. Everything about this job is way above what we expected. The one minor issue we had with getting the correct shower glass size was corrected immediately. We have zero complaints.

A sincere thanks to Mona and Nick and all the workers who went out of their way to make this job go smoothly and within budget (under budget in our case!).

One last thing - before we paid the final invoice, Mona sent us copies of EVERY invoice, purchase, etc. Every dime was accounted for. I've never seen a company with this level of transparency and honesty. We are looking forward to working with you all again real soon.

Nick and his crew were great. Nick kept us informed about the building process as we moved through it. Whenever we had a question or concern, he addressed them immediately. Chesco came to our house today to fix our leaky roof and put a new one on. What an absolutely fantastic team of guys who really know how to handle roofing.

The first crew came bright and early, and had removed the old roofing material completely in no time flat. By the time my wife and I ran errands later on that morning they had already installed a good chunk of the shingles.

But it wasn't a standard job. Our house had a flat "dead valley" between the main house and a later addition, and it was leaking badly.

Charles and his crew came out and boy did they fix our roof. They replaced the rotten wood and sloped the valley to handle the water properly. The new shingles look great and we already got compliments from the neighbors.

The crew cleaned as they went, finished their work early before dinner, and from the ground we couldn't even tell they had been here. That is, except for the brand new, sharp looking, weatherproof roof.

From the initial consult on how to solve the problem to when we paid in full, my wife and I couldn't be happier. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
