He thoroughly checked the unit and discovered the problem and fixed it efficiently. Very happy with results and would unreservedly recommend to anyone.

Have used Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning and have always been impressed with the service they provide. They never try to upsell and always try to save me money if it makes sense. They have installed a furnace, air conditioner, and damper system to zone two floors of my house, and I have never had a single problem with any of these systems. This company scheduled me for a repair. They never followed up and when I called back to check on the date of the repair, they said they had a tech on vacation and couldn't do the work. I said, "Wait a minute, we already scheduled a time" and they said "Oh we can do the work in 2 weeks" and I said "Great, can you let me know when?" Their response "No, I don't know when". Wow - please do not waste your time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This place is borderline a scam. Here's the timeline of what happened: I call Friday morning to schedule a job, and they said someone would come before the end of the day. No one comes. I call again, they said someone would come on Monday. I call Monday morning to confirm, and they said someone would come in the afternoon. No one comes. I call again, they said that the job was rejected back on FRIDAY because no one was in the service area. Jenkins is literally 10 minutes from my house. I was not notified of any changes and they straight up lied to me. I canceled 2 days of work just so I can be home for the repair guy. At least they had the decency to refund my money. STAY FAR AWAY.
