When I had my AC stop working during a heat wave, I called them in the morning and they were on site, had the issue diagnosed, and a new capacitor installed that same morning. Excellent service!

We use Greg with Patuxent Heating and Air every time we need anything done with our heating and cooling system. He replaced our old system for us and we got a very efficient system that works wonderfully. We also received a rebate from SMECO and also a tax credit for the efficiency of the system. We would definitely recommend Greg for any and all of your heating and cooling problems.

Patuxent is a great company for heating and a/c work. They installed a new high efficancy heat pump in 2019 at a very fair price. Work was done in a professional and timely manner. Had a problem do to a defetive valve in 06/20. Greg and son came out next morning and fixed problem in 1 hour at no cost. Highly recommend old school work ethics rare these days!

Came out same day and fixed my issues without hesitation. They were both professional, fast friendly and efficient ...didn’t even mind the mess my house was in from the move ... best thing was the price ... very fair and super competitive! ... I will definitely use their service again ( let’s hope I don’t need them lol)

Greg was very attentive. Returned all my annoying calls in a timely manor. Due to supply chain issues the inside unit needed to be shipped from a different location which took extra time but Greg offered, practically beg to come over and attempt to get our old system operating enough to keep the house at 80,for free!

Used Patuxent Heating & Air Conditioning 5 years ago and could not be happier. They were recommended by a friend at the time and I am always recommending Greg to everyone with HVAC needs! I believe 3 or 4 family members have used this company with no regrets what so ever. I would have to agree, that one star rating is bogus. They will return your call within in a timely fashion, even come out after normal hours if there is an issue.

Wow! Great Company! They were on time and did a superb job installing our new A/C unit. They went out of their way to make sure the installation was done properly to include the clean up after the work was completed. They charged what they quoted without any hidden costs or surprises. When they came out to do the initial inspection & quote, they were straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their heating or air conditioning needs.

Fantastic Experience. Greg has been to my home twice now and has been friendly and professional both times. The first time was because my heat wasn't working. Before he showed, it started working miraculously and he couldn't find an issue due to a lack of symptoms. He troubleshot the entire system anyway and when he didn't find an issue he refused payment. The second time was for the same problem and this time he was able to locate the problem, repair it, and run a system check in 15 minutes. When I called I left a message and got a call back right away. He was at my house within a couple hours. Again he was very pleasant to talk to and very professional. I called 4 different contractors and he was one of only two to return my call. I'm glad he did. He did a great job and my home is nice and warm now.

This company fixed the issue with our HVAC system not working correctly in about 20 minutes for only $90. They discovered it was a simple fuse that needed to be replaced. I am beyond thankful for them being so honest and quickly resolving the problem. We now have cold AC right before the hot summer heat.

We had another company (ARS/Rescue Rooter) come out first and they made it seem like we needed a whole new system ranging from $9000 - $15,000. I’m so glad we decided to check around and found Patuxent Heating & Air Conditioning. They saved us thousands of dollars.

If you have any issue with your HVAC call them, seriously. Greg and his son are very professional, honest and hard working. They don't cut corners and they make sure to find the root of an issue. I had a leak which cause my HVAC to drain the freon within 36 hours. They could have easily charged me for a new unit or for an entire hose repair but they didn't. They found the leak after searching for a couple hours, and fixed it quickly and then charged me up. I would and do recommend them to everyone that has an issue. 10/10 recommend them and I will only be using them from this point on.
