Lamar and his team of Clay and G provided EXCEPTIONAL service. This team clearly enjoyed each other, enjoyed what they were doing and completed their work with respect to my home. Reasonable rates with top quality work. They were amazing to watch and their work always focused on top quality. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Excellent experience with Tucker, a nice, knowledgeable pro. He fixed our leak quickly and the charge was very reasonable. Two thumbs up for Shepherd Plunbing!

Shepherd plumbing is hands down the best on the Eastern Shore. They ran the plumbing in our basement bathroom and actually the whole house when it was built. Most recently was the basement bathroom and they did a fantastic job. They were here when they said they would be, explained everything and cleaned up. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Called Shepherd Plumbing due to a leak I believed was coming from the powder room toilet late in the day. Tucker came out early the next morning and quickly took care of the problem. Very professional repair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Shepherd Plumbing came out to install a backflow preventer necessary for our irrigation system installation. They arrived on time and remained most professional throughout the entire experience. The job required a creative solution to run the water supply to an exterior wall, which was not known prior to the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to see the problem solving skills displayed by who a gentleman I can only assume is a master plumber, turning a potential delaying problem into a non-issue. In the end, the job was finished in time for the irrigation system to be installed that same day. Many thanks!

I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed with Shepherd Plumbing, I felt I had to this time! Shepherd Plumbing previously installed my water heater shortly after the holidays. They responded in 24 hours and the install was done in 48 hours! Since I was already happy with their service, I called them again to disconnect a frozen hose and replace an old hose bib. (I only know this terminology because they taught me!) They had to crawl the entire length of our house to swap out the hose bib and were in and out in under an hour! This is the 3rd time we have used Shepherd Plumbing and they are always polite and professional. Super friendly and very approachable! I highly recommend Shepherd Plumbing!

Customer service and expertise are excellent! Had an indoor leak. They told me what to do over the phone until they could make it to the house. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work in a timely manner. Thank you!

Lamar responded when our water heater kept tripping our breaker, then quit working all together. He came out THE NEXT DAY to install a new unit, a booster (giving us an extra 30 gallons of water...I didn't even know that was a thing), and he replaced the rod in the unit with an aluminum one. Absolutely smooth and easy process! From Lauren in the office, to the owner, Josh, to Lamar and his amazing work, we LOVE Shepherd Plumbing!!!

Shepherd Plumbing was recommended by my daughter to call to take care of a broken outside spigot. Tucker was quite polite n mannerly as he greeted me, then listened to me as I explained what had happened to the spigot. He fixed the spigot and checked the other one to be sure that there was no issue with that one. Job completed. He returned to explain to me what he fixed.

I had a leaky shower above my garage so I called Shepherd after being recommend by the owner of the Bennett Point General Store. Lamar came out and he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. After presenting a few options, Lamar ordered all the parts to replace my whole shower and replumb much of the pipe behind the shower. The shower and parts arrived at my house the day before the job. On the day of the job, Lamar and Tucker showed up on time and got right to work! These guys are friendly, professional, and hardworking! The work is absolutely flawless and the shower unit that they installed is perfectly square. All of the new plumbing connections look fantastic and I will 100% only use Shepherd Plumbing from now on. I'm a customer for life.

Shepherd Plumbing offered excellent service from the moment they answered the phone to the completed repair. They were quick with their onsite response, provided an immediate evaluation of the issue, and then scheduled the repair for a day that worked best for me. Lamar was my technician and he was a positive ray of sunshine from the moment I opened the door. He communicated clearly what went wrong, how he was repairing it, and answered any questions I had. I have been using Shepard’s Plumbing for years. They are very professional, outstanding workmanship,, and have a great attitude. Tucker and Lamar called ahead and arrived early for my scheduled appointment to replace a hot water heater and multiple faucet repairs. They insisted on removing their shoes every time they entered my home; literally ran up and down the stairs making repairs for over 2 hours and left everything immaculate when finished. They both were extremely polite and possess a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Shepard’s Plumbing for your plumbing needs at a great value!
