The customer service is AMAZING!!! From the first phone call to the follow-up phone call. I had 2 issues, 1 covered by a home warranty and the other was an out of pocket issue and both were taken care of quickly and professionally, and at a great price. Erin (customer service) and Carlos (our assigned electrician) answered all my questions, they were accessible and made sure I knew what was going on. They are reasonably priced and the company doesn’t try and price gouge you for their services. I will be using them for my electrical repairs for my new house. I cannot thank them enough! Great company and great service!!!

Artisan Electrical did an amazing job on my interior and exterior lighting project in MD. They were on time, flexible, and provided expert, professional advice throughout the process. Their technicians were efficient and respectful of my home, cleaning up after themselves and leaving almost no trace of their presence other than the lighting installations. Artisan’s customer service agents are thorough and very responsive; we were in frequent contact via text regarding everything from expected time of arrival to recommendations for hardware. I highly recommend Artisan and plan to use them for future projects!

My appointment was for a later date, but the office called and said they could come a day earlier. What great service! Thaddeus & Isaac arrived on time and went right to work. They removed the old fan and replaced it with a new light fixture. So nice and professional.

Mr Mason and his company did everything to accommodate my family. I wanted to get ceiling fans installed in our house before I deployed to Kuwait. It was very important to get this done in the next 7 days. They worked us into their schedule on a weekend. Erin was awesome with scheduling. They are very responsive and I appreciated how I was able to communicate with them through text messages at all hours of the day including the weekends. Their electrician (Carlos) did an outstanding and thorough job. I would highly recommend them for future projects. I can rest assured this project was completed and done correctly before I left. The two employees who came to our home to replace a circuit breaker arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. I was called ahead of time to ensure this would be acceptable, which was much appreciated. They wore booties on their shoes to prevent leaving tracks in our home and were incredibly courteous overall. They were quick and professional. My only regret is that I didn't pay closer attention to their introduction so I could name them in this review. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

This was a great experience from the very beginning! The team has a very quick response time and extremely reasonable prices. I really appreciate how well they followed COVID protocols and keep everything clean both during and after their work. Our fans look amazing, I can't imagine a better experience! Excellent service, 5 stars, from start to finish! Very professional, timely and friendly. I had a 30+ year old range hood replaced. Old hood was uninstalled and removed and new one is now in its place and looking and working great. Highly recommend Artisan.

The technician was so courteous that he thought he heard a knocking noise and disassembled the fan. He was installing down to the mounting plate in the attic, just to make sure that all of the connections were tight to try to minimize the knocking noise unparalleled professionalism would highly recommend.

It was an excellent experience to have Artisan Electrical install light fixtures in my home. The electricians were on-time, professional, polite, and did outstanding work. The office staff were also very polite and made scheduling the appointment and paying the bill incredibly easy. The charge was very reasonable. I was so pleased that I requested an estimate for additional electrical work I need done. I highly recommend this company.
